The service was great. The room was very clean and spacious with a comfortable setup. It had everything for your convenience, including a refrigerator and microwave. The TV had a variety of channels to watch. The facility itself was nice and clean. You can tell that they are trying to make it a great hotel. The location was perfect. I would stay again.

They only thing is that they need better quality bed pillows. They were too short and a little uncomfortable. It's not a standard size pillow for a king or queen size bed.

The property was neat & clean.

The fact that I had to pay a 200.00 cash deposit. I was told the 200.00 deposit was due to the fact that I lived in Charlotte.I was there for a week for training. The pool was not available.

How clean the hotel was.

Pillows in rooms are way too small. Next time I come next year I will bring my own pillows. My 2nd night on the 3rd floor after 11pm smelled like marijuana just which sometimes the folks working would walk the floors to help control this matter.

The only problem with the room we had was that we found a dirty sock under the edge of the bed. Sadly, the pool was not open, hoping that it will be next time, we were looking forward to it.

The location of this hotel is great for people who might be using it as a hub for a high-travel vacation. It's centrally located to both the Charlotte area and around High Point. We stayed here for a weekend that contained a two day soccer festival in High Point and a wedding in Albemarle and the commute from hotel to those areas was not bad. Breakfast was pretty good. Value for the money spent was great.

Pillows are super squishy and don't provide a lot of support. No extra blankets in room. Volume on TV is restricted somehow and we couldn't ever get it loud enough to be able to hear what we were watching. No card reader on vending machines.

it had a great location. It was easy to get to different events and other parts of the city.

I wish the breakfast selection included sausage and gravy with biscuits , as they had biscuits.

There needs to be better signs on the road showing the location on the road. We pasted it twice in a row because it's location is kind of hidden.

Mainly a family hotel not for romance, the breakfast was excellent and close to shops, restaurants and places of interest.

The staff were really great. They clean your room daily and they even folded my night shirt and laid it near the pillow. My TV remote was not working and they gave me a replacement immediately. Good location, clean, and good rates.

I wish they had a little more selection at breakfast but it's not bad and for the price I think they're as good as any place I've stayed in Salisbury.
