I enjoyed my stay at the property — every day was pleasant, with clean, comfortable rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the location was convenient for dining and shopping. Just be sure to request sheet changes during longer stays to keep everything fresh.

During my extended stay from April to August, I found that while the housekeeping staff would straighten up the room, the level of cleaning did not always meet my expectations. A more thorough cleaning during long-term stays would have made the experience even better.

The room was very clean. It was quiet. Checking in and out was a breeze. When we left for the day, we came back, and the room had been cleaned and replenished. We liked how you couldn't come on a floor unless you had a card for that level. We loved how big our room was.

We did have a problem on the 2nd day. After a long day out, we came back, and our card was no longer working, so we had to go to the front desk so they could fix the problem. They had it fixed in no time. The place did need to be updated, but it looked like they might have already started on that.

If you are looking for a one night stay this is the place for you. I booked a non-smoking room but somehow it got messed up and they gave me a smoking room. I really expected this place to be bad but it wasn’t thank god. The room didn’t smell at all and the bathroom was really clean! My only concern was the hair dryer was old and it didn’t work but everything else was fine.

The price is pretty good and there's plenty of places to have food delivered from. I stay here several times both with my bf and with friends. The bed is always super comfy and so are the pillows. The AC also works amazingly, I love a cold room while I sleep.

Breakfast isn't that great and there was a mix up with the payment the first time I stayed there. They charged me and it automatically came out but then it tried to refund me but it took 10 days so they wanted to try and charge me again for the room but I didn't have it in my account. They wanted to take the almost $200 from me and then take another almost $200 when the first was tied up in the return. Ultimately they let us stay and they kept the deposit while they waited on the return to come through so they could take the rest of their money. That was a nightmare but haven't had any problems like that since and I've stayed there close to 10 times now.

The check in was very easy and the staff was very friendly. I felt that the hotel was very secure.

The room overall was clean, but the floor was very sticky in the room and bathroom. There was also a very strong perfumey smell in the hallway. I wish there was an elevator when you have to go to the second floor with your stuff.

The man at the desk and lady that cleaned our room were very nice. Great location to restaurants.

This was probably my 10th stay at this hotel and the only time I have had an issue. My room was upstairs and reeked of cigarette smoke. We were in a non smoking room. I used a can of Lysol but it didn't mask the smell. The security door was also broken. Not very secure when everyone has access to your room.

Breakfast was amazing - biscuits, eggs, grits, waffles, cereal, toast, juices, coffee, tea, etc. Hotel had a cleanliness rating of 98.0 (congratulations). My room was ultra clean, no smoke odor, very quiet hotel and close by I-85 near Lexington NC . Updated colors and bathroom, dog had a wooded area to do her business, and both gentlemen at the reception were very nice. TV worked great. Room had tea, coffee and mini maker available. Very near restaurants (Cook Out, McDonald's, etc) Hotel charge for my dog was a very reasonable $10. Will definitely stay again.

Allergy free options for breakfast would be nice. I was able to only eat an apple.

Women at front desk were amazing. The room exceeded expectations with service every day almost. Booking is cheaper online.

Male desk associate was rude at times. Snack machines malfunctioning a lot. Snack machines were expensive.

The room was great. I had a handicap room and I can not complain at it. The beds were clean, bathroom was clean.

The floor were sticky and dirty. socks turned black.

Nice room, fit the bill for what I was in Lexington for. A golf tournament.

The bathroom could use a litte more attention to detail. The shower connector was loose and the back of the bathroom door was dirty. The computer chair had mud on it.
