The lady at the front desk was wonderful ! I live at the beach but my family lives in Winston Salem but everytime I come to visit I stay here and it's always so great ! The beds are awesome and comfy and everything is always clean but the very best part is the indoor pool with waterslides and a hot tub ! There are so many hotels closer to where my family lives but this place is always worth the extra driving I have to do in order to stay here . Also it's so hard to find a hotel close to Winston Salem that isn't a " trap" hotel ( aka druggies and hood ) but this place has always been free of all that u don't feel nervous about leaving your car unlocked or walking outside for something.i really do love this hotel

I TRULY can't think of a single thing that I didn't like ( Iv been here at least 5 times ) and nothing comes to mind about any of those times

My granddaughter loved the slide. And we both LOVED the bed .. so comfy from the mattress to the sheets amazing!! The staff from checking in to staff in the halls if we had a question super nice and very helpful!!!

The pool would have been better if heated and the jacuzzi if all jets were working would have made that experience a lot more pleasant and enjoyable!

Most of the staff were fantastic. The kids loved the pool. The room was nice. Comfortable beds.

The chlorine smell at the pool was overpowering. It's was so strong we coughed for hours after leaving the pool. It's not the hotel's fault, but all the unsupervised kids running the halls and at the pool was crazy to me.

The location was great to be close to Winston Salem. The front desk staff was amazing helping with a booking issue and my daughter was even surprised at how nice and kind they were! my daughter loved the water slide and the room was very nice.

The only downfalls I could mention is the staff running breakfast that morning openly complained in front of guests about how long they had been working their shift and how tired they were and was not happy when things had to be restocked. Also,, make sure if you get a room that is directly beside the water slide you are prepared to hear giggling and squealing until ten pm. I myself wasn’t phased by it, I am awake until ten pm easily but some folks who like it more quiet may want a room on the opposite side.

Well I don't know were to start from the front desk staff , the regular staff, the young man at the pool area I was so blown away how they did there jobs with a giant smile and warm greeting I will definitely will return, please if I can only have the email to the owner to congratulate him and to see if there's a way to compensate the staff with at least a small bonus, thank you!! Sincerely.

Nothing there are awesome.

The amenities were fun for the family, could use updates, but overall good. Lots of chlorine in waterside/pool area. Rooms were clean, but could use more updating than just a coat of paint.

Everything was great. The breakfast was good, the facility was clean and easy to get to and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We also loved the amenities. Well done on the shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied.it

The indoor pool area needs a hot tub.

Very clean and comfortable, I can’t remember the guys name who was working the front desk, but he was amazing! Went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of and respectful! Even the lady in the morning was very nice and polite!

The breakfast was wonderful! There’s something for everyone.

Really no complaints except we had to go looking for pool towels a couple of times. But the pool area and slides were phenomenal!

Clean, comfortable, convenient. Nice to have the waterslide for the kids. Excellent waffle bar!!

The chlorine in the pool was very strong. I believe it was because the room isn’t well ventilated but our kids were coughing from it.
