The property was extremely clean, parking lot well lit, beds very comfortable, very quiet, and the shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure. The most impressive thing was the staff. Wow!! The lady working the front desk at night during my stay was so friendly, I felt like we were old friends within a minute of meeting her. She was spectacular and set the bar for the rest of my stay. The lady working breakfast was also very friendly and made fast friends with all of us and some who had been there the day before were calling her by name as they thanked her and let her know if anything was getting low.

That I only needed to stay for 2 nights.

location is excellent near many restaurants and convenient to I-40. breakfast was very good. check-out was easy; just leave your keycards in the room in the little booklet. the bed was comfortable. the room layout was excellent with plenty of space for two luggage on the built-in rack. we didn't check the pool, but it's indoor. wifi was fast and reliable; i had no issues working and streaming all day. ample free parking.

Nice facility. Heated pool was nice but a little cold in the evening. Staff was great. Patrice was always so pleasant, smiled all the time, and very accommodating. Hope you treat her well and pay her well.

Disappointed with breakfast. At 9:00 almost all the food was gone and biscuits hard. Was told they wouldn’t be putting more out. 2nd morning at 8:45 no gravy no potatoes and 3 biscuits. Had to ask for more food to be put out. Didn’t get it out until 9:15.

Clean, nicely decorated room. Good location. Pretty quiet.

Reception was basic, utilitarian - not warm, welcoming. Breakfast looked nice but since there were no gluten free or dairy free options, I had to go eat elsewhere. Adding a couple of alternatives would have helped, ie: eggs without cheese (only premade omelets were offered), gluten free bread, nut milk (for cereal and coffee).

Rather than staying downtown, I knew this hotel is in a safe area with great amenities and restaurants in the area. This will always be our go to hotel!!

Paid via Booking.com for hotel rm ($578.62 on 4th floor Exec Suite) which I didn’t want. Wanted & changed to #124, 1st floor. Arrived 2:15PM 7/19, global WiFi down so night desk couldn’t credit it. When checked out,day clerk couldn’t credit so called Amex to handle credit.

This hotel compared to even more expensive hotels we stayed in during this trip. Cleanliness was excellent. The lobby and rooms were very nicely appointed and the morning breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly.

This hotel met and even exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here during our next visit to family. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. A very nice place to stay.

The staff was exceptional, very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I got it. The concierge Crystal was so helpful. I reported a bag of trash in the parking lot and the groundskeeper immediately took care of it. The next morning Temeka at the coffee bar so polite ask me did I need anything? And Anthony was very helpful and polite. It made my stay great and I will come back.

Perfect suite for a family of 4, the sofa bed was handy for our youngest. It was very convenient to have a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig in the room. The room was very clean and comfortable. Having a mirror and shelf separate from the bathroom was also very handy for a family getting ready all at the same time. The room had plenty of convenient outlets and charging ports for our devices.

I love the friendly staff! I just loved everything about the place and my room! Everything was excellent! I would choose this place again when traveling
