Breakfast was good, the staff was nice, and the hotel was clean.

When I made this reservation through booking.com, I distinctly remember reserving a room with two queen beds. When we got to the hotel, we were given a king bed room and told there were no queens available.

I enjoyed the fresh pancakes every morning. The staff was also very helpful with helping me find things.

I wish there had been more varieties of cereal and yogurt. The flavors were adult friendly but not kid friendly. I also wish the nut products were separated from everything else.

I loved all the little touches, like the decorative towel display, the nice choice of Keurig coffee and tea, the soft sheets and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good.

The road noise. Property is right next to a major highway and a lot of traffic.

The coffee bar could be bigger. there was a bit of a line to wait for a small cup of coffee. The creamers and sugars containers could be nbigger too.

staff was very friendly

fuzz balls on my mattress ran out of tissues only 1 in box then it was empty I am sure this is something if they weren't told they wouldn't know . I let the staff know, I am not upset over this stuff happens.

Staff very friendly. Especially front desk check in (forget name, sorry!) and Ms Chris at breakfast was especially nice.

Needed more towels, wash clothes. There were 3 of us and we were set up for 2.

I have stated this hotel several times, and I always feel safe and secure as a solo female traveler. The staff is always very friendly and the breakfast is excellent.

Kendra at the front desk was exceptional she catered to my family in our time of urgency without any issues. She is the best
