The property manager was so sweet, she worked with me during a really really hard time in my life. She also went above and beyond to accommodate my disabilities, allowing me to have access to all my medical equipment including my service dog. The suite is spacious, one could easily just feel they are renting a small apartment.

Our air conditioner stopped working out first night in, we reported to Crystal and she contacted who she could. But apparently the person contracted with her property to fix the AC charges her three times as much as it's worth. She shouldn't have to personally pay for a repair man when this is a multi chained business, if you can afford to have profit numbers every year you can pay for the repairs. Also if smoking isn't allowed in the rooms, why are smoking spots right out side of the rooms/windows. Many nights after I got home and washed of the second hand smoke from taking care of my mother, I sat on the couch and could smell any time someone had a smoke break.

I recently stayed at this property because it was close to my work and very reasonably priced. The suites are spacious, clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The hotel was impressively quiet, allowing for a good nights sleep. However, what truly set my experience apart was the hospitality from the manager, Crystal. She was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making sure my stay was as enjoyable as possible. Crystal’s genuine warmth and outstanding customer service made me feel right at home. I will be returning soon and this is where I will stay.

No breakfast is offered at the facility. The staff is very kind and friendly. The location is great for us!

I understand when staying here, this establishment is for people who stay for more than a weekend. It is not a one-night stop so all the bells and whistles are not offered. We stay due to multiple doctor appointments in the area when visiting. This serves our needs and the property is a very good bargain for the amount of time we have to stay at each visit. We have stayed here numerous times and I feel safe and comfortable here. The staff and residents who stay here have always been nice and respectful! We even bring our grandkids here to visit with us.

Returning to Affordable Suites Salisbury felt like coming home! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism from the manager, Crystal, who truly goes above and beyond for every guest. Her hospitality and attention to detail may my stay not just comfortable, but exceptional. Crystal ensures that the property is well-maintained, quiet, and safe-everything you’d hope for during your stay. Crystal is approachable, responsive, and truly cares about the guest experience. Whether you’re staying for a night or a few weeks, she makes you feel like family. The suites are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and productive stay. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the location is convenient to everything in Salisbury. I cannot say enough good things about Crystal and the team at Affordable Suites. This is the only place I’ll stay when I am in town! Highly recommended!

The fact it was a small kitchen, with a full sized fridge and freezer, was brilliant, but that they had a basic supply of pots, pans, plates and cuttlery was a huge help! Also the property posted there was a BBQ on site, and there was, but also a Smoker and pickinic table seating. All clean and organized, and well maintained. Perfect for that 2am Tomahawk Steak cook out and nice quite evening

The only thing that was a downer, was that the door lock system shorted out, and while we found a way around it while keeping the door secure, the property manager and staff were instantly on it and helping us all the way. This was outside their control but they did their absolute best to assist us through it and had the locksmith called within minutes to head out to deal with it. 10/10

Peace and Quiet, private, comfortable, full kitchen, separate Queen bedroom, staff was friendly, professional, and couldn't do enough for us to make sure our accomodations were the best!

Bedroom carpet needed to be cleaned or replaced. Bathroom ceiling leaks on occasion.

I liked the fact that the rooms arr very spacious, they even come with everything you need to cook. The staff is very friendly and accommodating as well as the property is keep very clean.

Where I was going the location was perfect. Good location for food, buying groceries, and gas. Just the ideal location and price!

Climbing stairs to the second floor! My husband and I are a little older now and we prefer not to have to climb stairs if at all possible.

Basically a small apartment, clean was in an amazing location for gas,food, and the staff was nice as well. Even the people there were very welcoming.

Every thing worked. And it was homey feeling and the staff was not only hot but very friendly. I really like I just caught me a tiny appt it was awesome. Only thing is they need a bar and a pool and if never leave.... 4 real...
