Hotel appeared to be very clean. Our king size room was spacious with all the usual amenities. Breakfast had multiple choices, hot and cold---scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, biscuits with gravy, waffles, oatmeal, cereals, juices, pastries and of course coffee! Although we had our first cup in our room!! which to me is a requirement.

The bed was too soft for us, but that's a personal preference. And there was an inconvenient snafu when we returned to our room from breakfast and found our key cards no longer worked although it was still over 2 hours before checkout time. The receptionist quickly apologized and reset our card.

The beds were so comfortable, and I love the fact that they had a washer and dryer on site. The staff was very friendly and the location was excellent Walmart grocery stores shopping centers movie theater. A lot of different restaurants. I love the fact that we were close to the historical downtown college. I love the Victoria style homes it's a must you drive through the city and the neighborhoods.

Location isn't great. Parking is kind of confusing because of the Enterprise car rental sharing parking spaces none of which are marked for either facility.

The customer service guy at night was very friendly and helpful

Breakfast wasn't that great. Food trays were empty at 7 am, nobody had refilled trays back up with food

The clerk in clerk had an attitude and a little disrespectful when I informed her that I needed towels in my room.

The area

Room 111 wasn't not clean enough Hair was on the bath tub.and the tub had dirty stains in it.the was very unclean.we didn't like room 111.

The room was exactly what I expected for the price.

Only issue with the room was that the main overhead light inside the door would not turn on.

Good place to stay very clean, staff courteous,will stay again.

Needs minor TLC little scuff on wall
