We were there for the Nascar race so we would leave early in the morning and not get back until late so we really weren't there much. Just to sleep. We would definitely stay again if we were to go back to that track.

That we had to ask for towels daily

Location was great. Size and layout of the room and the bathroom were great. Front desk staff and bar staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was quite a bit of noise from the surrounding rooms and the room above us. We heard every step of the people staying above us and were awakened by the alarm clock of the room next to us. There are not enough lights in the parking lot.

At check- in Mike was exceptionally hospitable. He is the one with the Mohawk haircut. All of the staff members were nice.

All was fine. There was one little spot on our sheet but it was ok. Just needed a microwave

We love the location. We come yearly to the Polar Express Ride. This is the only place i will bring my family and friends to stay. The cleanliness, staff and convenience to EVERYTHING is absolutely the best!

Rollout desk and TV slide were clutch! Modern adjustable thermostat was easy to use. Room and shower felt well cleaned and maintained.

Odd hatch above shower didn't close properly as it was warped and could have been easy placement for camera angled towards toilet. Elevators smelled odd during our stay until Sunday when the overpowering cleaning chemical smell made riding the elevator almost unbearable.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the water pressure in the shower- awesome! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a short stay but were very happy with the hotel.

TV was pretty small which we are not use to. Ice machines should be on every floor.

I have never been to a hotel where the staff was so friendly. Every single staff member that we seen not only said hey to us but asked how we were or hoped we had a great day. everything was so clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was comfortable and spacious.

The hallways were way too hot, no air conditioning in the hallways…. That was crazy and quite uncomfortable. For the amount for the rooms the hallways should have been as pleasant as the rooms. That doesn’t balance out right.

The place was very clean. The lobby, the elevators and the room. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The TV package was great and so was the internet. The bathroom was big and the walk in shower was amazing. The noise level from the hallway was less than other places we have stayed. There was several places within walking distance to eat which was great.

The ONLY complaint I had was they never put salt on the sidewalks and they were very dangerous. The disabled parking spaces were treacherous.(picture included)
