Location is perfect! It is a quick turn from the main road and youre there. The young lady at the desk, Paula, is a gem! I am disabled and forgot and left my cane at home. Did not know that it was missing since we had left home for the road trip that morning. I just mentioned it to her and she was very instrumental in helping me get another. Plus she gave us some very good suggestions as to places to visit and eat in the area. She was always available to talk with or answer any concerns we may have. I watched her converse with other guests also and she was always pleasant and helpful. Thanks Paula!! Breakfast has changed since our last visit for the best! Love the homemade biscuits!!! Love that you got rid of the premade sandwiches. They weren't that good. Everything else on the breakfast menu is PERFECT for a varietable continental breakfast! Don't change anything else.

The mattress on the bed and the pillows need to be replaced. A mattress is worn when you can see it sinking and you can feel the springs in it when you either sit or lay down on it. Pillows are diff and unique fir everyone but when a pillow is so soft that there is nothing there to grip or put your head on bc its so flat then it need to be replaced.

The staff had a lot of patience dealing with us and the issue of booking.com payments to them being declined. That staff was very helpful. They had room available, but booking.com was unable to pay for the room timely.

The payment for the room between them and booking.com did not work at the time needed as there was a delay for payment, so I had to just book my room myself and deal with booking.com later, and they did refund my money taken from me.

The staff were very friendly, courteous,and ready to assist. Shemiah, Diquana, and Bobbi were exceptional. Their smiles were enough to make my family feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean and spacious. The Wi-Fi was excellent. Many hotels can't compare with the speed of the Free Wi-Fi at Home 2 Suites by Hilton Salisbury. Will definitely stay here many more times and will recommend this hotel. The complimentary laundry was great too.

I didn't like how another guest dumped my clothes on the dryer after the wash was complete. I was very upset and brought it to the attention of the front desk. One of the ladies I mentioned promptly addressed the situation with the guest.

The size of the rooms was fantastic. Beds were super comfortable..loved the black out feature for the window blinds! The hotel was overall very nice and clean. The elevator was super spacious and quick. We only got to stay the night between traveling. I didn't get to enjoy the pool or the gym but they both looked nice. Even though it's closer to a highway it's back behind smaller roads with traffic lights so it wasn't noisy. We slept very well. The room had a lot of charging ports, fridge w/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, tons of cabinet space, dishes. As well as an ironing board, TV, phone, plenty of lighting and a pull out couch. The bathroom was very big and nicely lit. Some stains from the water running down around the tub fixtures. Other than that it was spotless. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely use this hotel in the future.

I wish the breakfast area would have been restocked faster or given more options. We stayed about 30 minutes and most of the time the sandwiches were empty. However there were other options like oatmeal, yogurt and waffles..we just wanted to get sandwiches because they looked good. The food we did get was good, especially the eggs w/cheese. Milk tasted a bit funny but I think it's just that brand. There's a nice view of the pool from the breakfast area..coffee, juices, hot tea & hot chocolate available as well.

The friendliness of staff...the cleanliness of the hotel inside and out. Safety and security of the property. LOVED THE ROOM!!! WONDERFUL!

Based on other home2home suites and hilton locations I stayed at breakfast was not having egg omelets wrapped in plastic or heated jimmy Dean mini sausages or French toast slices wrapped in Plastic...breakfast normally is in hot warming trays with fresh oatmeal or grits not packets that we had to find water to heat up in a inconvenient microwave that was low to the ground.

Enjoyed the cleanliness, and no smoking environment.

It would have been nice to have slept in and not worry about breakfast going away at 10am. Maybe 11am would be a little better to end breakfast? We loved the fire pit but wish it didn’t close at 10pm We were looking forward to the pool but given it was outdoors we couldn’t use it. Maybe enclosing the pool and turning into an indoor pool would fix this problem for year round access?

I like that the property was near my location of the event I was attending. Very convenient for me and my man.

I didn’t like that the property pool is under construction until June, which sucks because I wanted to go swimming.

How very clean and organized the room was. Nothing needed to be wiped down. Pulled back the covers. Sheets look clean and new. Same in the bathroom. No stains.. no hair. Towels clean and folded neat. Room spotless. Very impressed

The deposit but that's most hotels. It was only $50. Can't beat it. Most places charge $100 and up

It was very accommodating and needed a playpen and using the pull out couch. We came as a family of five.

The bathroom door squeaked when sliding open and close.

the Breakfast came up short. The eggs and bacon was not good and the waffles was the only hot thing that was decent.

we stayed in room 301 which is in front of the building. The traffic noise was really loud in the room.
