Very fast but very courteous check in. The rooms are larger than any standard room we have ever stayed in. Very clean hardwood floors, no shower curtain glass door instead. ROOMS ARE REALLY NICE & GREAT PRICE. Hot breakfast each morning we have to travel this way alot so we will be back in a couple of weeks. Great clean hotel and nice and polite staff. Down time? There are restaurants all around and stores galore to shop at.

The lights in the parking lot shine directly into your room. The room doesn't have curtains the only thing you have is a white blind that you roll up and down and the blind had hundreds of tiny holes. We were down here for my Dr appointment and I ended up with a migraine and no way to keep the light out. So if anyway possible maybe curtains or something to darken room.

Great location close to lots of different fast food, pharmacy and grocery stores! Staff was friendly rooms clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was great we really enjoyed the stay. Will be staying again.

Water for shower took a while to get warm but over all stay was great.

We liked the room and front desk clerks. The hotel and room were clean. We really liked the step-in shower!

Although we really liked the step-in shower, we were not impressed at all that there were no bars to hold onto in the shower. Older people need something to help stabilize/keep their balance while in the shower. It would be nice to have a shelf for shower soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. The coffee tasted like instant coffee.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was great!

The temperature of the water in the shower and sink was a little on the cool side.

The room was very clean and it was quiet. It was easy to get a handicap parking spot after being out after dark.

Need to put a heavier blanket in the room for the winter months. I froze and no air was on. Also the outlet near the light on the side of the bed closest to the A/C didn't work. The elevator was slow. I panicked and went up 3 flights of stairs . Because we hit the button for the 3rd floor and the elevator didn't move.

There was nothing about the place that I did not like.

Provided a hot breakfast which was a nice surprise.. location was great, some good local restaurants nearby. Hotel was extremely clean and all staff encountered were outstandingly friendly and helpful. Entire place has been renovated, loved the bathroom.

An odd smell in the hallways, maybe from new carpeting?

Very comfortable and clean hotel in Lexington. The rooms were very clean and the showers were updated. Comfortable beds. We only stayed one night since we needed a place to stay while our home was being sold.
