Clean, staff awesome, especially the bartender. She served everyone with a smile, helped us order food (pizza) because we were having trouble with the app. Wish I could remember her name. Also Lazarus, shuttle guy, we’re accommodating at 4 AM and even though breakfast didn’t open until 6:30, desk clerk got me a banana which I specifically mentioned in passing and coffee was put out in time for me to get a hot cup before shuttling.

Parking lot was not as big and open as advertised because of some construction. So a bit worried about leaving car for a week, but the clerk assured me it was safe.

Staff was very engaging and helpful from the shuttle ride, check in, breakfast, check out, and shuttle back to airport! Very pleased with the late checkout since I arrived at 2 am . I was given a 2 pm check out so I could rest and relax. My next flight wasn’t till 4:30 pm the next day . It was so refreshing to remain at hotel rather than sitting at the airport all afternoon. So grateful!

Night shift Staff were very friendly when I checked in late. The room was way better than I expected. Very clean and very spacious. Bathroom was very clean. Staff were very helpful and quick when I asked for extra pillow and blankets. Thank you to the ladies who checked me in that night and were friendly and helpful!

Breakfast could’ve had more protein options but overall good.

The place was really clean, staff was friendly and very helpful, the hotel was very quiet, slept with no disturbances, didn't even hear the other relatives staying in the next room over. The breakfast was very good. Overall, it was a great stay for a great price.

You do have to pay for parking, $10 a night. I'm not sure why it isn't included in the hotel room price or why it wasn't mentioned on website, unless I missed it.

Staff was friendly, breakfast wasn’t huge it included quiche, sausage biscuits and waffles for hot food. Your cereals for cold and coffee. I’m not complaining though it was good. It was clean in the lobby hallways and elevators. Our room was bigger than I thought which was amazing. If I had to be picky there were a few strands of hair on our sink in the bathroom. Other than that it was still a nice, clean and comfortable room.

Staff was friendly and kept the breakfast area clean and tidy. The food items we ate were good.

Many items were running low or out. There wasn't any fresh fruit. We ate breakfast at 8am and breakfast was scheduled to go until 9:30am. So, I really wasn't expecting to get the bottom of the barrel for the oatmeal and for several of the oatmeal toppings to be empty. If we were not pressed for time, I probably would have gone out to eat instead.

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. I spoke with one of your staff members, Layana the night before our stay - she provided me with the information I needed and even remembered me when I checked in the next day. The hotel was spotless and our room was very comfortable, Complimentary transportation to and from the airport as well as a free breakfast were welcome extras. I would recommend this property 100%.

First off, I love the location. It was only 12 minutes from downtown. We were away from the hustle and bustle but also very close to everything. The cleanliness of the facility/room was EXCEPTIONAL. Our room was a great size and very modern. The price was great and the staff were very friendly. I will be staying here again when I travel to Charlotte!

A little more selection for breakfast would be nice, but other than that, everything was excellent.

We were very upset on the next day when we got back to the room and the bed was not made and new towels were not in the bathroom and the bathroom was not cleaned. When we called the front desk he said that was the new rule that unless you tell you tell us when you check in to do the room everyday. Was told it gets clean every 3 days. How could I tell you when I did not know of the new rule and was not asked when I checked in about the choice. I was told it was written on every website. I did not see anything related to this issue. For that price it should be cleaned everyday or at least notify us when we check in. Also did not like very low toilets. Not good for seniors.

I like the accommodations and the room was certainly clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby. I also liked that my name was on the television. The staff was very good and friendly with the exception of the housekeeper.

The day of check out the housekeeper Selma knocked on the door at about 930 didn't give anyone a chance to say anything before she proceeded to come in. She came back twice after that when check-out was at 12pm. We departed the room around 1130 just after the third knock. It was very rude.
