OM was very kind and friendly at the front desk. It was a place to stay for the night after a long day so it was worth the price for how long we stayed.

The saying "You get what you pay for is true here." It's nothing fancy but it wasn't bad either. I could tell the place needed some remodeling done to the place. Chips of paint on the walls missing, the desk chair had pieces missing, drilled holes in the wall. This is me just inspecting the place but I'm not faulting them for it. It was a pleasant stay for what we paid for since it was just a place to sleep for the night.

I actually was expecting the room to be bad just from looking at the outside but it was a decent room. Some hotels need renovations and you can tell that they’re a little outdated. That is the case with this hotel but still it wasn’t bad, I truly have no complaints. I saw no bugs and I had no excessive noise while trying to sleep.

less than 10 miles from charlotte motor speedway; very nice tv (best attribute to/for the room); good breakfast; comfortable bed.

the "handicap" shower did not hold the water in sufficiently...ran outside onto the floor...had to soak up rhe water with a towel; no shelves in the bathroom to put toiletries; the room coffee maker sucked (VERY, VERY SMALL!); homeless people dining in the breakfast room (NASTY and UNSAFE!)!!

Location was convenient

I did not like that I was put in very back . There is no elevator and I am disabled and I had my 85 year old mother with me also . I never want to be put in the back of the facility with people hanging out drinking and smoking.

The room had mold on the ceiling you could smell pot coming through the air unit that made me sick. Went to my room one night. There were two room doors open and a man in each bedroom sitting on the bed looking out it was late at night and very scary. Will not stay there again

The cleanliness.

There was not enough variety, I understand that you do not eat meat but eggs and toast is what was offered. No cereals, oatmeal and the mini muffins did not look fresh. The deposit was different than what was online.

It serves its purpose.Had a decent place to spend the night after going to the concert with friends

Not in the best location and not all that well maintained. Rooms were fairly clean but the parking lot was full of trash

Oceanfront was amazing!!

The bathroom was really small and I know it's not the hiyels fault but the beach had too much debris on it cuz of the hurricane. The concrete pieces were all over, needed a cleaned crew to got out and pick them up!!!

Great place for the price. The room has laminate flooring, which is much more sanitary than carpet. The water pressure in the shower was nice and strong: I could have stayed in there for an hour! Beds were comfortable, staff was helpful. Breakfast was better than I expected based on reviews and photos. How can anyone complain when they have brownies on the menu? This was a great place for a quick stop.
