The location was nice, room was nice and easily accessible.

The floor was very dirty, hadn’t been mopped in not sure how long, when you walked on floor after shower, your feet were dirty because of needing mopped.

The property is renovating their bathrooms, particularly they are refinishing the bathtubs. The tub in our room was clean, shiny, and smooth. I believe we stayed in one of the rooms with the newly finished bathtubs.

The refrigerator needs some attention.

Peaceful and quiet, comfortable, clean, the staff is always amazing here. Professional and friendly and aided us whenever we needed something. And always treats us with much respect.

One complaint, Our room smelled of dog and pet hair was everywhere. But when we let them know they.came back and cleaned the room very thoroughly. We appreciated that because I am allergic to pet dandruff.

We found this on the fly after another place gave away our confirmed booking! The most important feature for us besides cleanliness was handicap accessibility with handrails in the shower and they had great ones! Wish I’d found this place first and saved a lot of aggravation! The only reason it didn’t get a perfect score is because the mattress was very lumpy, probably due for replacement. Otherwise, great job, Red Roof Inn!

Andra, the night clerk, he's always very nice and professional. He made sure we got checked in efficiently and had everything we needed. The lobby was clean and so was the room. The bed was so comfortable, my husband and I slept like a baby😊 We will be back very soon!

The staff always treats us with respect and aided us when we needed whatever. Whenever we had any problem they went above and beyond to slove it. We will miss them.

The fact that this one guest tried to make her problem our problem. But the staff informed us very well what the real was about that. With that being said, I would advise that you keep to yourself.

the person at the front desk-Andre- was exceptional. he made me feel welcome and valued. he seemed to genuinely care. the king suite was spotless, spacious and comfortable. my senior dog was welcomed with open arms and no hassle thank you

the tv was complicated to use. none of the “options” were available and there was no local channels. the apps need to be installed so guests can access them. the sides and back of the parking lot were a bit dirty and sketchy. the pool area, which was closed, was not pleasant the grassy area had been well used by other dog guests and the waste not picked up. maybe provide a pet clean up “station” with bags and a trash bin? there was no breakfast as advertised.

The sleep area was remodeled nicely

The double beds are not big enough for two people. The beds are too small. The bathrooms need to be remodeled. The whole bathroom, paint, and toilets are out dated and too low, the tubs out dated, shower head barely work.

Hotel was clean and comfortable enough. Staff was helpful. I had to be shown how to use card key, and the desk clerk was patient and professional.

The fact that some of the guest were being inappropriate with my husband. While he was trying to cook our dinner on that little grill
