The location was convenient and check in/check out was easy. We did not have to wait for our room to be ready and staff provided the necessary information for our stay.

It was the hottest weekend by far. However, the room was not cool upon our arrival. The constant fan was left on and blew out warm air. It took a while for the room to cool down. The air unit in the hallway blew out cooler air. The ice machine on the 3rd floor does not produce ice. The room was fairly clean and neat. There isn’t any air in the bathroom so it was stuffy in there as well until the room cooled down.

We booked a one bedroom suite. My wife works in health care / house keeping and does a through inspection of any room we stay in. Our room was clean & showed no signs of bed bugs. The check in clerk was great. Breakfast was very good - option were: Waffles, Omelette, 3 different Sausages, Cereal, Yogurt, Muffins & more. WiFi was also worked well.

The only noticed was room showed some signs of wear...the towel hook next to the tub / shower appeared to have been screwed directly into the drywall and the screws had pull out.

There was trash from the rooms all in the halls and trash cans near elevators were full with trash sitting on top of them. There were towels on the floor leaving the lobby near wet floor signs just looking very unprofessional. And the pool was under maintenance so they told us to go to the hotel down the street that was owned by the same management to get in there pool if we wanted.

The hotel is conveniently located near UNC Charlotte, and there are nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel offered a nice selection of complimentary breakfast items to choose from. Vending machines and elevators were available for guest use.

The hot water was inconsistent during our stay. On the first night, it took over 30 minutes of running the water for the water to warm up. On the second night, the water warmed up right away but after 5-10 minutes of use, the water got cold. Additionally, our room had a large food stain on the floor between the desk and tv stand. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating with these issues and offered us a new room.

I really like the fact that the staff was super nice Exspecially on day shift night not so much.

My pillows sucked and the bed wasn't very comfortable and fridge wasn't working properly, also the air conditioning thermostat qiit wrking, and I had to walk up the street at 10pm and find batteries because they didn't have none n also they don't have 24 hr maintenance so yea but their maintenance guy was super helpful when he was here during the day. Also he really tried to make thing better by providing more pillows and trying to fix fridge! That was super awesome n helpful

The breakfast was good but it would have been better if meat was on the menu 🤔. The location was perfect for us. Close to my cousin house and my son's favorite food spot the waffle house 🧇 😋. The swimming pool was nice and clean as well. I would definitely come back. Thank goodness 🙏, I didn't mess up our family vacation with choosing the wrong hotel.

I like this place and I have nothing bad to say👍♥. A staff member told me my dress 👗 looked great on me after my family said it was just OK. Staff member made my morning better.

The staff was very helpful and polite and friendly and the hotel is around everything that I needed far as shopping

The pool wasn't open and it still advertised as being open and breakfast should be for people who don't eat pork they should offer turkey products

first off we LOVED Danielle! She was absolutely amazing to us four! She went above an beyond helping us since our reservations were messed up with booking! This lady definitely made our nightmare a 1.000% better and was very helpful to us anytime we had questions. She even printed directions for us to get back home when I broke my phone at the race! KUDOS TO DANIELLE!!! Give that lady a raise! The breakfast was EXCELLENT! The rooms, everything was very clean an accommodating!

Fridge got too cold. Only on 1 or 2 and my drinks were freezing.

Layout and Decor of rooms. Supply of towels. Breakfast bar definitely! Decent appearance of the elevator. Friendliness of staff.

Walls are too thin. Could hear other guest activities and conversations. Also the price rate of the room could have been made a reasonable deal considering I paid for 3 nights. Also I did not like that the pool was not open because the design of the pool is an indoor/outdoor pool
