We enter late pass 12am I did inform them before hand At the entrance we weren’t greeted right away which I know people are busy The front desk was okay with us…(maybe annoyed or tired? Graveyard is never easy so I get it) We got one card key I assume usually you get two but just one Elevator they have elevator but only one works! Breakfast: It was really good they had cereal, hot coffee, juice (orange, apple, cranberry), eggs, patato, sausage patty’s, fruits, danishes, and more (I wish while looking for the review I could have seen this instead of calling) Our room was good: only noticed this Stayed at 306 room 1. The sink had a small crack which looks like a hair. Didn’t notice until my mom pointed it out just assume it was a hair (we’re traveling from California and very exhausted to say anything) 2. Found the remote control for the tv under the bed This was confusing for us was waking up there was no light turning on and basically you need to turn on the entrance light to allow all lights to turn on I thought the lights stop working but figured it out I saw the pool and they also said a bar they have but we didn’t use those Also they have an ice maker on the first floor But definitely enjoy our stay for the few hours we stayed our main reason we wanted to stay is for the food and the price was reasonable

Cleaning ladies on the 4th floor loud while talking to each other unfortunately by our Door, they were just waiting to clean but check out is at 11 am not 8 am. Please be kind and keep the voices down while others sleep. We enjoy to waking up with peace and quite. There should be a coffee room for them on each floor so they can have There coffee and donuts.

I like the property it’s always clean

The smoke alarms 🚨 kept going off all night and all morning. Also elevators need to be updated. The lady working at 9:30 am on Sunday 2/2/2025 when I checked out was very rude and not helpful at all. We needed an hour late check out and she informed us she couldn’t do that and was so rude about it

Location worked well for our one night stay while enroute to Alamogordo and White Sands.

Front Desk stayed breakfast was available til 10a ... but shut down at 8a on weekdays. I missed breakfast (hot waffle, eggs, etc.) Staff helped me get yogurt and a bagel.

I love the breakfast! My husband asked for more blankets and we received them. The room was cold and I enjoyed it very much!

The hallways were hot. One of the ice machine was broken

The elevator was out and only one was working but other than that it was a very pleasant stay!

They upgraded us because the room we had booked had availability issues. The room we ended up in was huge, and my son thought it was exceptionally posh. He ended up getting sick, and someone was up to help us quickly when he had issues. I couldn't thank them enough for just supporting us. The pool design was neat, and the front desk was very helpful, when we couldn't figure out how a piece of the room lighting worked.

One of the elevators was under repair when we stayed there. No other issues caused by the hotel.

no vent fan in bathroom. Bathroom was not clean and seemed slightly neglected.

The person who was working there added another $50 charge for who knows what and was kinda of rude didn’t direct us towards the elevator

The breakfast was awesome I figured it was gonna be cereal like other places but y’all actually had eggs and bacon and every day was different!!! The A/c temp was my favorite overall
