The hotel is conveniently located in the town of Hobbs. The town is relatively small, so that's not saying much, but it is easy to find. The rooms were well appointed and the free continental breakfast was OK.

There was apparently an "egg machine" present, but I couldn't figure out which device it was. It appeared there were two waffle irons, but I suspect one of them was intended for eggs. The DirecTV remote didn't control the operation of the television, so I couldn't plug in my laptop to watch programs from my laptop.

The room was very clean and smelled good when we walked in. The heater worked amazing and the breakfast was very good first morning was sausage bacon and potatoes and you could make your own waffles and eggs second morning was bacon biscuits and gravy and eggs or waffles also had other little snacks cereal coffee and juice!! Will definitely stay again! Check in and out was quick and easy!!

Wasnt too much of a problem but you can hear the traffic outside every now and then.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice. My husband and I had booked a room here after leaving the La Quinta in Hobbs because the room they gave us over there was NASTY! The rooms here were 10x better and CLEANER!

The only thing I didn't like was the door to our room. We had to swipe the key card 3-5 times before we could enter the room.

I use a mobility scooter the room was very spacious and accommodating to my handicap? staff was great my husband really enjoyed the breakfast he enjoyed the fact that there was sausage I give it a 10 out of 10 will stay there next time I head back to the casinos

The room was much better than expected. It was very clean, smelled great, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We slept like babies. We left very early in the morning, and in a rush, so we did not get to try out the breakfast.

It was supposed to be pay at the property. However, they charged the card I used to hold the room before we arrived. We were really tired and so just let it go but it was aggravating.

We arrived early, Yasmin was able to accommodate our check-in. I was amazed at the Pride and Care this Teaam gives. . We have stayed at many Best Western properties, and by far, this was the Best! Our rooms were CLEAN, very clean, beds were very comfortable, showers hot, and the breakfast..Wow! Who has "Make your own over medium eggs in a minute"? This place does! You guys really go above and beyond. Thank you for making my Birthday weekend Amazing 👏 ✨️ The "BEST" Best Western!!!

Usually breakfast at hotels is not the greatest but Best Western you did very good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was awesome. They ACTUALLY cleaned our rooms (i.e. new towels, new soap/shampoo/conditioner, made bed, etc.) Staff was very hospitable. Rooms were clean & comfortable. The shower had great water pressure & temperature. Everything more or less worked.

My kids wanted to take a bath but couldn't because the bath stopper wldnt stay down.

Everything!!! We didn't get to try the breakfast but we enjoyed our room. It was a huge room and a big bed and really comfy!!

The parking spaces. We found one some spaces were being taken by trucks and their trailers.
