Hotel was well maintained and general areas (hallways breakfast area lobby) were all very cleaned and maintained well. The lady who checked us in was fabulous. The owner was also very nice in letting my daughter know how hard they were working to get the pool open. I would definitely stay here again breakfast was good as well waffles yogurt ect. The room was very clean the towels were thick and fluffy and the beds were super comfortable.

The pool was closed was the only downfall of the entire stay everything's else was wonderful

It is difficult to find a decent place to stay while traveling for under $100.00 anymore. Even in Hobbs, NM - not exactly a bustling metropolis - there were many options for lodging that exceeded $100.00/night. Lea County Inn was a welcome exception to the rule! The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and tidy, and the room was comfortable. I often do not sleep very well when I'm traveling, but I didn't have any difficulty sleeping here.

The breakfast was kinda sparse, but for the money, it was fine. It's nice that it was up and ready early since I was departing before 7am. I generally don't use those waffle maker devices, but they did have one there, so I suspect that would have enhanced the breakfast for me. I rarely eat breakfast anyway.

The location was nice, out of the hustle and bustle of the traffic, yah of Hobbs, lol. Wonderful, friendly staff. The rooms and entry to the facility were clean. The C- breakfast was nicely done, I definitely would recommend this motel for all the perks that may be on your budget and you still want comfort

Everything was neat and clean! The toilet and all the faucets turned off without any drips! Temperature in the room was great and the system was quiet as was the whole place! The bed was comfortable! I liked everything about the room and property. The staff were all friendly and accommodating! You couldn’t find nicer people anywhere!

Not one single negative thing to say about this property or the people who operate it!

The staff has been extremely accommodating. Im in the midst of relocating and return very much made me feel welcome and at home. When you're new to a cut, that truly means so much. The thick towels! The amenities from body Wash to hand lotion, 10 out of 10 on the pampered lifestyle chart! Turns out i Can indeed be bougee!

King suite was like an apartment Galley kitchen with full size reefer, microwave, AND dishwasher. Separate large bedroom and large bath with luxurious towels. King bed with good quality sheetscand duvet. Choco chip cookies in the evening and an adequate continental breakfast. Unbelievable suite at the price. Will definitely book this property again

There is an elevator, which was a blessing since our room was on the 2nd floor. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. Coffee was available 24-7 in the breakfast area. Breakfast selections were satisfactory, and included fresh fruit.

Housekeeping attendant knocking on the door, and then entering the room when the Do Not Disturb placard was placed on the doorknob. This was an hour before check-out time, and I was in the bathroom. It was more of a surprise than anything, but it was irritating!

The owner and staff were amazing and friendly. The towels were the best I've ever had in a hotel. The hotel was clean. They had coffee on all day and muffins.

The only ice machine in the building wasn't working, pool was not open even though there was nothing wrong with it. Breakfast was super basic. Would be nice to have some hot options instead of cereal and bread items. The alarm clock in the room was blinking and even when I'd set the time it continued blinking so that was irritating at night. I unplugged it but it would have been nice to have an alarm.

The room was expansive and immaculate! The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in! The bathroom was large and exceptionally clean! The hallways were immaculate and bright, but not too bright! We felt very safe at Lea County Inn, and the price was awesome! The breakfast was good and plenty. The other hotels in the area were $50-$100 more expensive, and this one was priced right! We will definitely stay again when we visit our baseball playing grandson at NMJC!

Everything was perfect!

Everything and everyone was very nice! Our rooms were located across the hall and were clean!! The staff checked each day on what needs we may have, such as towels, bedding, etc We were treated very well and the facility was very clean and quiet to be on a major road. We felt safe.
