Beautiful location, amazing apartment, calming and relaxing environment.

lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the Marina and yachts, very large and well equipped kitchen with everything necessary, big rooms, large bathroom. very friendly personnel and management we were fortunate to be upgraded but also all our requests and daily asks were always answered quickly. nice restaurant and pool on site.

although location is very good, you need to consider that a car is needed to move anywhere including Lucaya with all shops and restaurants. hotel is providing shuttles but something to bear in mind for additional flexibility. good part is that hotel can also rent cars and bikes as well as help with some activities.

Very very large, comfortable and clean appartment, right on an enchanting small boat harbour. Close to the best beaches of Gran Bahama. Resort personel very friendly and efficient.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant had a varied menu and was a good value.

The facility was under renovation, so the pool and terrace outside our room was actually cordoned off for use. Also, I was continually pressured to participate in a tour of the club even though I repeatedly said I was not interested. I was also followed by another saleswoman (for another property) when I left the yacht club on foot. This happened three times over the course of three days and I had to finally get rude with her to put an end to it.

it was nice to have a kitchen and the view of the canal was lovely. Seemed to have a nice pool.

It’s dated, the rooms are not soundproof or really even sound resistant.

Patio, view, pool the 2 bedroom suites were roomy and nice

Could have had more bowls, basics such as salt &pepper not all rooms came with coffee Would have been nice to receive the welcome package on check in instead of the next day would have been nice to have had some beach chairs included in the rental

Quiet location. Room was nice and clean. The screen door was hard to open, but having the balcony with canal view and outdoor seating was nice.

My kids and wife fell in love with the 2bedroom town house from the door open . I highly recommend the resort. Gated nice workers pool though men the kids was in it everyday sun up and down lol... Jeremy Simms and family will be back soon. We enjoyed our stay .

it was very quiet clean

I did not like the lighting at night time was very dark in some place hall way light was off outside my room and was very dark.

Rooms were clean. Kitchen was clean Bathroom was clean It was like being home. Wish I had the time to cook and fully enjoy the stay. I felt really safe being there.

Having to pay for WiFi. Not all the rooms had a smart tv. The restaurant staff was not pleasant and helpful at all. Food was a bit over seasoned and not cooke with love.
