Absolutely value the money. There were only very few negative aspects. Most things were perfect. Very nice stuff. The complimentary breakfast was great, more than expected. Everything was there: water kettle, central heated water, shower gel, towels, etc.

Bed could be way more soft, but I've had worse matraces in India. So, still for this price, it was a great stay. Cleanliness is basically good. They care every day. But as in most accommodations in India, they only clean the ground and care for the dust on table. The lower wall tiles in the shower had little old dirt which the cleaning employees always not see. But that I faced almost everywhere in India and that's why I will not judge it too much at this accommodation. Bcz all the rest was extremely good.

Breakfast was with a reasonable spread, the host could provide us the things needed which were not a part of the spread. Especially liked the courtesy as she could provide me with food (warm milk and fruits) that I could carry back for my toddler. The room was neat and tidy and mattress and pillow were extremely comfortable.

The refrigerator in the room was not working, however the attendant offered me to keep our stuff in the common refrigerator in the kitchen. It was not much of a problem for me as it barely impacted me. Also since this is a studio apartment you could add some kitchen tools which could have been handy like cutlery, plates, bowls etc.

The rooms & the washroom were clean. The corridors were very well maintained. The breakfast was good and had various options in the menu.

The TV screen was broken. It did not have all channels subscribed. A few electric sockets were not working. The location could have been at a better place as there were no grocery stores, restaurants at walking distance from the place. The rooms were not sound insulated as we could hear people talking in the adjacent room.

Everything went very smoothly right from booking to checkout. Rooms are very beautiful with interesting notes placed in the room. Staff was outstanding, everyone talking well and always ready to solve any problem faced by guests. Morning breakfast at the terrace is like a cherry on top of this property and should not be missed by anyone.

Cutlery can be cleaned better in the rooms. Some small services that we ask for like warm milk at night, oil sachets etc. can be provided at cost.

Breakfast was Good Location is in Residential Area near to Main Market Location is Quite and Peaceful Property is Well Maintained Its Value for Money Staff is Courteous and Helpful Property is Safe for Travellers

Location of the Property was not Properly shown on Google Maps and has some Trouble in reaching the Property Had to input some other Landamark Like Guruji Hospital or Bhosla College and then could find the Location of the Porperty on Google Maps

The rooms were quite spacious. The air conditioning was great. The breakfast was delicious. The lady prepared the items hot just when we reached the dining table. It was tasty too. The bathroom fittings were working properly.

Slightly costly. The place is situated in a lonely area. So walking in the night was slightly scary. The entrance was in the back of the building after evenings

I lived how clean the location was. Also, the hotel is located in a residential area that is super quiet and clean. Their 5th floor has a great open air seating area that is also used as a kitchen and for breakfast. It offers a nice view of the surrounding area. The bathroo. Has a great shower with hot water. The bed was cozy and comfortable. The a/c in the room is COLD. Great for days above +30. Since the hotel is in a residential area there are no horns or street noise at night (or even the day). Might be more expensive for cabbing it but totally worth it.

The only minor convenience for me was that one side of the main room had small ants when I checked in. Thankfully I was using the room on the opposite side so there were only a few there that I relocated. But since the roo. And main room were sooo clean I really didn't mind. Some may have stolen away with me since I had put a bad on that side but they will just get a free trip to Mumbai 😜 But I would totally stay here again..but not in in room 103 as a first choice:)

Location is very good, surrounded by residential area. Very posh and airy. Pleasant atmosphere with breeze all the day. It seems newly constructed Exceptionally clean, all the staff very friendly. Breakfast is very homely, it is at open rooftop on 5th floor. It feels like your mom or granny has made the food with full of love. It includes poha, batata vada, misal (made of sprouts) pav, corn flakes,milk, tea, coffee, bananas. Truly tasty & healthy food you can indulge into with no regrets.

Room ws neat n clean.room cleaning ws done on daily basis.location was perfect,away from d streets,crowd n pollution. Sight seeing n attractions were within few kilometers. Nice restaurants nearby like Al Arabian express for non veg and mohanjilal thali veg.fr pizza lovers,the Woodfield eatery is a good option.

They provide you package deal with free breakfast.Firstly,there were not too many options and the vendor was not able to manage the whole thing.Items were served sumwht cold plus refilling had to b requested fr many items.poor management in d breakfast area. some staff guys used to cum around 12-15 in group around 9am n disturb d guests by loud talks n laughter. Could hav been avoided.

1. The Room was really comfortable with a great sleeping area also the 2 seating arrangements in the sitting area can be converted to a bed for 4 people really comfortable idea. 2. The kitchen was nice and plates and spoons were provided. 3. The complimentary breakfast was quite good with limited options. 4. Very Polite and helpful staff with a concerning attitude towards customers.

1. The bathroom rack. Which is below the bathroom mirror should be moved above the shower handle. 2. Ac needs servicing and remotes need batteries a change. 3. Basic home cleaning services like kitchen towels, dusters and brooms should be provided.
