Superb room very clean very modern good aircon comfortable bed the receptionist spoke English and was very helpful fantastic breakfasting room which was continually stocked very well with a very good array of hot and savoury and sweet choices. staff very attentive The evening meal in the restaurant was outstanding and although it didn't officially open until 8pm, the receptionist said that if we wanted a meal earlier that would be fine - he just wanted to know what time. So we had our meal at 7.30pm - it was fabulous!

You wouldn't have believed such a high end hotel was in such a run down area! British speaking TV channel news would have been helpful Milk for hot drinks in the room would have been good

Excellent facilities and next level helpful staff. Good breakfast, very calm public facilities, hotel looks brand new. Swimming pool absolutely welcome in warm Posadas. Excellent AC and shower facilities. Hotel sits only 100m away from the bus station (for an interprovincial trip, or if you want to go San Ignacio ruins), or 150m away from local public transport, making it easy to reach the city center. Supermarket 3 minutes away. Very very generous and affordable portions at the local restaurant. All in all this is a solid 10 for a nice hotel.

breakfast is good, staff are really nice and helpful, 3 min walk to main bus terminal, good hot shower, good air conditioner, have youtube, quiet room, good wifi, really comfortable bed! you must try the restaurant, not expensive, good quality.

it is pity that I cannot try spa because it is Christmas, I ask the price, not expensive, you can try.

Second stay at this excellent hotel, I'd like to point out again how service oriented and friendly staff is. There is also a high level of cleanliness which is highly appreciated.

Elevator is crazy slow, but fully working and clean. Surrounding neighborhood feels safe, but definitely not the prettiest to walk around.

Super friendly staff, great food. The location was very convenient for arriving by bus, and is perfect for a stopover.

It is a little far from the main districts of Posadas for shopping, dining, and other activities.

Everything was impeccably clean and the staff was great! Rooms were very comfortable and quiet.

The hotel uses a strong perfume throughout. Even after three days of leaving the window open, the smell still lingered. For people with sensitive noses who don’t react well to perfume, this was a problem.

Breakfast was good and location great because I could walk from bus terminal. Also from bus terminal there was a section for city buses. Very convenient.

An excellent business-type hotel. In center of Posadas, away from restaurant "strip" on the boardwalk on the river. Staff spoke very good English, and were responsive and highly dependable.
