Free Kayak wherever you want to go anchor it on the good outer coral or go fishing with permission. Power and water in the rooms all night. New quiet fan. Excellent ventilation in the room and screens on the windows. Room is a coconut throw from the beach. Free coconuts to drink. Rather than luxury, this is more like traditional way of life, don't complain if it's not what you expect. The rooms are clean, the bedding is new and there is a waterproof mattress protector. Private bungalows with ensuite bathrooms. Bring everything you want, snacks, spare sunglasses and a mask and snorkel. Cigarettes to trade for coconuts. I would price out the sea plane next time, as it might be cheaper, and closer to airport, than the ferry, and the ferry is a bit of a gong show and takes a hot minute. FYI the drop off is Gunu point, the luggage tag is Korovou. VINAKA to our new extended fijian family to be your honored guests, Vinaka for the Lovo feast, we will be back soon! Coli, Ana

Best quality/price! Are you ready for a real Fiji experience? You are going to be surrounded by animals seaside farm. The food is the best we have ever tasted in Fiji. Every evening running lobsters, fresh fish and octopus. The seaside is a shallow reef with little fish, shells and octopuses. Thank you Eleanor for your service.

Eleanor, Vita and Andy made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. A real experience staying with them.

It was fine. Quite basic but they are constructing new buildings, with a bar etc

There were plenty of activities the hosts recommended and took us on. Hosts were really welcoming and friendly!

Could maybe add a path in with some lights to get to the food Bure at nighttime

Not much to say. This is a Homestay, the advertisement is a bit misleading. Frendly people though.

Be aware reaching the place can be a nightmare.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay here. As advertised as a resort this is a home stay and quite frankly would say it is poor to even say so. The place lacks cleanliness and the facilities are poor. My partner fears the water and the boat ride in was on a small boat and when we asked him to slow down he did for only a few seconds and went fast again which was traumatic for her and when we asked for life jackets they said they had none and claimed it would be a smooth ride. After arriving at the property we were greeted with farm animals which we did not mind although there was faeces everywhere. The food was in line with cultural expectations so I would recommend to take snacks with you if you don’t like this. After this stay we moved to a resort where we had infected bites from the stay and had to get creams, antibiotics and receive medical treatment. The staff were generally nice but the facilities and accommodation need a lot of work. I would not recommend this for solo travellers or a couple.
