Best facilities and organization I have seen in Czech Republic. Everything was arranged to make the guests' and the staff's lives as easy as possible. The wellness area was great and the swimming area designed to maximise the view and relaxation. Having the underground corridor available to move between hotels was great! And so was the chipped bracelet to access the wellness and charge drinks. Good coffee at wellness Sidonie. Zamek Klein was incredible, kudos to whoever did the restoration and refurbishment. Everything was new but done in barouque style down to the smallest detail. Thanks to the staff for the clear communication to minimise any discomfort caused by the big company event ongoing at the resort.

The food from the dinner and breakfast buffet at hotel Josef was average at best in spite of the big selection. Costa coffe was horrid. The surroundings are not that great but we saw the effort you put into the resort park to try and create your own bubble of beauty. Steam bath was too cold and not steamy enough.

The resort has very good facilities for people with children, including swimming pool, playroom, playground, half pension. At the same time it is not a typical children resort. So both parents and children can be satisfied :). They were able to accommodate early check-in for us which I appreciate.

The place is a bit expensive and the price went up from the time of booking because of the exchange rate fluctuation.

This is by far the best resort in the Czech Republic. I don't even know where to begin in describing how amazing it was to stay here. The food at all the locations in the resort was fantastic! The ski slope was running even though there hasn't been snow so we got to ski (all the ski staff where amazingly friendly with us and accommodated 3 English Adults who had never skied before. What an amazing lesson we had and such a great time staying around the slope in general). The wellness center blew my mind, it is truly something to experience... I would drive all the way back just to have another day at the saunas. There is so much to do here and we only scratched the surface in our 4 night stay. Great for kids of all ages! They have baby chairs at all the eating spots and they have a room with people to watch them for you if you need a break! I can't stress enough just how amazing this place is. The scenery, the vibe in the quiet cozy town! I will be coming back very soon!

Our stay was comfortable. We stayed in the family room which was clean.

We did not however like the pillows of our beds, but that probably is not something to keep away from booking the place.

The area, park and buildings were really Nice.

I Think that its too expensive to try the indoorpool and also the indoor wellness. Some of the people in bar and reception should learn some more english. They have Big problems in understanding and speaking english

Simply everything. The Resort is a special place, full of welcoming atmosphere and the presence of caring owner was really something you do not see aaily at such a size of hotel.

Wellness and spa was great! Room was big but not well furnished. Beds were semi comfortable.

Bed sheet was a bit dirty even though it was cleaned for sure, it smelled good. Pillow was not comfortable at all. Bed is the weak point here. Lack of free water in the room (welcome water).

Resort was wonderful and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great facilities and food was absolutely delicious. The Spa facilities were fantastic.
