Staff was very very nice, helpful. When upon arrival to our room we discovered I needed a different room due to a temporary disability. Staff immediately found me a room that worked and switched us to that room.

Both Rooms Smelled Like Dogs. Particularly the bathrooms like maybe people lock their Dogs in there. Clogged both our noses, affected our eyes. Wife had to take Sinus Medication which is not normal for her. Heard Large Large Barking Dogs and Small Yipping Dogs. Children in room above us running bam bam bam back and forth above us seemed like continously.

The breakfast was just OK. But really, it is hard for a breakfast to be really good when you have to keep it available for several hours. The location was very good.

The only thing that could have been better was that it had a tub/shower. It wasn't very easy for us elderly people to get in and the tub was pretty slick. I think the accessible rooms should have walk in showers or at least a "rough" tub bottom.

This hotel was such a great stop on my cross-country drive. The pet fees aren't outrageous like at other hotels, and they had a bowl of dog treats waiting at the front desk for when we checked in. The fitness center was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious, and there were several mini waffle makers with two flavors. There was always coffee and water available in the lobby.

Breakfast was satisfactory. I’m not a big fan of western omelets. We slept a little later and when we made it to breakfast it was about 9:30. Juice and yogurt were warm. Selection of bread and bakery items was limited but I didn’t expect more because of the time.

Would prefer Juice and yogurt had been cold.

Looks like it’s brand new, stylish. Massive storm rolled in and felt safe and sound. Staff were amazing. Welcomed us after a long drive with complimentary cold water bottle and chocolate chip cookie which was so appreciated. Very clean. Next door to petrol station and Walmart to grab some this before heading off on the morning.

The window ledge in our room had dead bugs on it. Also our toilet paper roll was previously used and had something left on it.

The staff was incredibly friendly and informative

There were some stains on the curtains (easily missed) and the shower curtain, it was more cloth-like and no plastic for the inside so the water was still getting on the floor and the curtain was really wet after.

The staff was awesome. Very friendly and kind. We had some trouble with our tv and she came right up to help fix it. The room was awesome and clean. Loved our stay.

Nothing really negative to say. I guess if I had to find someone etching I would prefer a choice of pillows. I’m not a fan of feather pillows. I’m a side sleeper so they are hard to get just right but I can always bring a pillow from home.

Breakfast was COLD. We went to breakfast at 9am and the warmers were unplugged. Would have been ok if there was a microwave available to warn it up but there was NOT.

Great spot for a one night stopover on a long road trip. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff friendly. The availability of some food items and other goods useful for travellers was appreciated.

Everything was fine.
