We loved the pool and hot tub. It was very pleasant sitting and letting the children play. Loved the fans.. the staff was very accommodating. Will come back again. Breakfast had a nice variety throughout the week.

Wish the staff would have checked on the breakfast items more often to restock. Had to ask alot during our stay. Over all the food was good. We all enjoyed it to start our day. Thank you.

Breakfast was more than we remembered or expected. We stay here every time we're in West Plains. Can't beat the bang for the buck!

There are no elevators at this hotel which is not a problem for us, but could be an issue for some. Of course they do have ground floor rooms for those who can't handle steps so this is a mild issue at best.

The breakfast was decent. The room was clean .

We had an issue there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, but the front desk took care of that for us. Also, The hot tub was out of order our first night there, but it was working the second day .

Very comfortable as expected.

The tv automatically goes to the wrong input and you get no signal we had to figure it out on the tv/not remote… I let the front desk know the next morning and she says they all do it periodically and we can’t figure it out. If I was an inpatient person it would have put me over the edge after driving 14 hours

The overall hotel was excellent.

I paid through booking.com THEN my debit card was charged twice. The first time, I notified them immediately because I was there, and they said it was the hold. Ok, no big deal. I called down 3 days later after and was told they'd fix it. They ended up taking out another payment. When I involved my bank, they reimbursed me for 1. My bank had to stop payment for the 2nd one on fraudulent action.

Breakfast was good; liked the cutlery dispenser! Room was very comfortable, lots of space to stretch out, well lit, and the refrigerator worked perfectly (didn't use the microwave). Everything was clean and fresh. Off of the main roads so not a lot of traffic noise, which is nice.

Pillows are way too soft, and bed could use a blanket in addition to the sheets and comforter. Side entrance door didn't work very well, but the staff made me aware of it. Smoking area too close to the main door.

There was three of us in the room,lack of amenities in room,conditioner was empty,not enough towels ,wash cloths had to keep asking for 3 people.

The gentleman who checked us in was very polite and well mannered. He is a true employee who deserves more of a leadership role.

Breakfast was not bad could be better especially the biscuits and Gravy and waffles

Breakfast was great not many drink options but was much better than other Wyndham hotels I’ve stayed at.

Bed was very uncomfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a concrete slab. Bed was extremely firm.

Convenient, fully staffed and equipped. No disappointments.

Cable TV channel selections were considerably different from our own (Xfinity), but you can’t make everyone happy.
