The staff at the Last Suites Campos Eliseos go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome. They made us feel like royalty since they were so helpful and eager to help. One staff member in particular, Daniel, always came in clutch. Las Suites was super accomodating of the fact that we had a toddler. The complementary breakfast is a must and was always good in the morning. They had a variety of options from traditional scrambled eggs and toast to conchas and huevos con jamon e nopal and salsa. I cant wait to stay here again!

Room was big and comfortable, silent and hotel is very well located. The bed is a bit too soft, but nothing that makes it uncomfortable. The kitchenette with a big fridge was a good surprise. The staff was kind and efficient and by far the highest point of the stay.

Sometimes the noise of the refrigerator is a bit loud and the breakfast was a little too simple for the price, mostly regarding bread options and cheese/cold cuts.

Great value for money for a hotel in Polanco. Amazing staff and service. This was my second stay at this hotel - the breakfast has improved since 2023 and I would definitely recommend booking your stay with breakfast

An amazing hotel - very clean fresh comfortable rooms located in Polanco. A lot of space in the room, two TVs, a small kitchen. There is also SPA with sauna and gym. The breakfast was included with a good variety of food available. Special thanks to Daniel - he helped with multiple things and showed a great hospitality.

The included breakfast was amazing, food was very fresh. Staff was very accommodating, friendly, helpful, and gave excellent service! We requested a room change with a city view and they were very accommodating. The included amenities of spa, sauna, hot tub, swimming pool, and gym were definitely worth it. The suites were spacious and very clean. Loved staying here and would definitely stay here again!

Everything - room was great, with great space (and we were 3!), very clean ! Breakfast was really good - many options ! Location couldn’t be better - close to the best area of Polanco with great restaurants and shops. And the staff was the best of the hotel !

Cleanliness can be improved: the shower was not properly cleaned during my whole stay (11 nights) The bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable. At night I could hear noise from other rooms.

Lovely room, staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet (including vegan options).

Location was great for some things but was also a bit of a trek to get to buses and metro. It’s a big city though so no location is going to be perfect!

Spacious 2 bedroom suite, good sauna. All staff very nice and attentive.

It is not a 5 star hotel as advertised, the restaurant is good for breakfast but definitely not a restaurant one expect to have a meal in a 5 star, it is more like a cafeteria.

The place and the staff are just very good, I recommend this place !

It is said that the place is pets friendly and finally they do not accept cats but only dogs so they should mention it because this is something that you discover only if you call them… I would have appreciated a pull up bar in the gym on top of that :)
