Great Hotel in a great location, you can walk straight to the high street in 5mins. I asked for a quiet room and we enjoyed 3 nights of blissful sleep! Zeynep at reception was an asset to our stay, she showed us places to go and explore around Aydin city, She always made sure we were comfortable and had a pleasant stay. Room was big enough for my family, internet was fast and worked for everyone. Kids had a great time - Overall really pleased :)

everything was great for the price!! very friendly receptionists and bartenders! they speak English very well, making my communication very easy. The room was big and very comfortable, lovely bed and very clean. The toiletries were very nice and generally a very pleasant experience. A 10 from me!!!

breakfast could be a little more diverse regarding cheese and meat products but satisfactory overall!! well done!

Breakfast was suitable for the location - it had plenty to offer and was refilled frequently. The service was excellent and you never had to wait. The rooms are very quiet.

The location was directly next to a public park which had seen its best days already. Not the fault of the hotel though!

Lovely hotel, very good value for money, great breakfast and friendly staff. Very comfy bed, big room.

My only criticism would be that the room was a bit dark, even with all the lights on I struggled to read a book.

The hotel is located in the city centre, very convenient to access to the restaurants, shops and attractions, on-site free parking is provided, the facilities are good and can meet almost all the requirements, the room is comfortable and spacious, the staff is quite friendly and helpful.

The building and facilities are quite old.

Everything. We arrived late and were very tired. Not only did the Manager organise a room upgrade to a junior suite but also kept the restaurant open for us after it had already closed. Everybody was charming and accommodating and we set off the following morning fully restored. This is a magical hotel, conveniently placed for our needs and if our itinerary had been different, we would have loved to have stayed longer. The staff were exceptional and it is obvious that the Manager has created an excellent team with the highest of standards.

That we had to leave after only one night.

It was my second time staying at the Efeler hotel and I have to say I enoyed it a lot. The staff is very friendly and respectful, and they speak good english.

The rooms are a bit dark, I believe one of the lamps was not working but it can also be that I just didnt figure out how to turn it on. Still i consider this a very minor thing.

The staff was very helpful, service was exceptional, room was very spacious and breakfast just great. I can only recommend!

According to Google maps it seemed the hotel is close to the bus station (within 15 mins walking distance) which wasn’t true - save your time and take the taxi straight away. The hotel can also call one for you. :)

The hotel is in a great location, in a quiet side street just steps away from the city center and the main shopping street. The rooms are comfortable, modern and it’s quiet so you can sleep without ear plugs. We received a complementary upgrade to a better room which was very nice. Breakfast is buffet-style and it was amazing, lots of different and fresh options to choose from. But most importantly the staff is really friendly and always trying to help which makes this hotel really stand out.

Excellent modern hotel in the centre of Aydin city, clean, comfortable rooms with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. This hotel is of a international standard, with restaurant, lounge and bar, friendly 24/7 staff with concierge who are always happy to help, English spoken, free onsite parking. Recommended stay and very reasonably priced for this standard of hotel.
