The room was clean and with beautiful view in the balcony.

The location is quite far from the San Marino town centre and we had to pay 25 Euro to get there during the day and 30 Euro in the evening. That added to our cost. But it is close to the bus station to Rimini. You just have to know where get off the bus to avoid the taxi fee. But as first time going to San Marino and the hotel, we wouldn’t know at all. It will be nice that the hotel owner or booking site inform customers about this.

The location is fine, very close to the funicular if you have a car. Parking is available at the hotel. The hotel was supposed to be super nice in the 90s but the years have gone by. A renovation would be beneficial. In our room we had problems with the light. Many of the lamps simply didn't work. We were there just one night and didn't spend much time in the hotel, therefore we didn't give notice to the staff. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety, a machine to serve all kinds of coffee and chocolate. It is outside of the old city, something to consider if you specifically want to spend the night inside the old town. However, staying in the city center would look like a nightmare if you're there with a car, therefore this option was very good.

Great views of the mountain and the fortress. Access is tricky - you can't access it from the lively traffic circle, you have to take a side street and turn off just before the circle. The clerk was very kind on greeting, also offered tips for sightseeing, recommended a car park. Overall, the hotel was comfortable, functional, value for money. Safe parking.

Breakfast is without hot food, but generally good. Tables are numbered according to the room, probably saving space but limiting choice. Unpleasant surprise for the family that breakfast finishes at 09:30 and just one minute past that time the staff member reprimands that breakfast is over. However, the breakfast was collected and stacked some time before, creating an unnecessarily stressful situation and not the most hospitable atmosphere.

The view from the room and the terrace was incredible. Initially I was a bit disappointed I didn't get a view of the old town on the mountain, but that side of the hotel is facing a busy main road. At the back you get a view of countryside, the sea in the distance, and it's shady. Absolutely loved it. Hotel is near a supermarket and right by the bus stop. WiFi good. A few gluten free options at breakfast. Air con in the room was brilliant, worked instantly, and was very much needed! Good value for money. Would recommend.

It really needs a kettle in the room. Also, the information sheet needs to be updated to include cable car, bus, and correct timings for breakfast. I didn't care the decor was dated as it was all clean. Terrace needs a chair and table, as I spent a lot of time sitting there on the floor. My preference at breakfast is not to have a TV playing music videos right next to me. Another guest asked to turn it off and was told no which seemed odd.

It was easy to find and parking right out front. The room was spacious and the aircon great. Lovely and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast had good choices. Location was good for us, was a walk uphill to the cable car which takes you to the historic centre, which 2 of my family did. I walked up the whole way using the off road path. Took me a very unfit person with asthma and heart problem about an hour in 36 degree heat, so it’s manageable. Just around the corner from hotel it a delightful coffee and cake shop which is well worth a visit.

Nothing we didn’t like really, yes some of the decor is dated but it’s clean and well maintained, plus the price is very reasonable.

- fridge was warm upon arrival - with breakfast the places were pre-arranged; we were seated very close to others whereas there was more than enough space in that room to sit somewhere else

Met my expectations, I needed solid hotel for reasonable price and this was it. I really appreciated that the hotel was willing to let my car on the carpark during the day after my checkout (until approx 3 PM).

There was difference between website stated time of check in (11PM) and the time property texted me when I (already on the way) indicated that I will arrive about 10.30 PM - they wrote the check in is possible max 10 PM.

Simple, comfortable, and very clean room. Good value for the money. If you can get a room on the back side of the building (away from the road) it is recommended for the view and quietness. Staff are very friendly and helpful. If you don't have your own transport, the cable car is within walking distance (15 minutes uphill). La Vecchia Fonte is a good nearby restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.

It would be nice if the room balconies had chairs (and maybe a small table). Beautiful view, but no place to sit and enjoy!

Good location, you can visit San Marino down part walking, go up by cable car or if you are fit walking too. Super breakfast, quite healthy: eggs, natural yogurt, honey, butter, nuts and fruit. Love it! Room was fine, air works well. WiFi also works.

Nice, small, traditional hotel. Tidy and clean. Everything just as in the description and in the pictures. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was superb. Location is also perfect: 15 min walk from the funicular, 30 min driving from Rimini and Italia in Miniature. Supermarket and restaurants within 5 minutes on foot.

I can't think of anything at all.
