the hotel was great, and the breakfast had lots of fresh foods to choose from.

I liked the hotel, but I am not sure I will ever book with booking.com again. I didn't like that Booking.com did not have accurate information about this hotel. I had stayed here before and knew what to expect, but the one surprise was that they said my credit card would not be charged and that I could pay cash when I arrived. This was not true. My card was charged when I made the reservation. The hotel lady said that Booking.com did that, and she credited my account and accepted cash.

Breakfast location was about a block away at a neighboring motel and was excellent. The room appeared to have been recently renovated, new paint, new hard surface flooring, decent beds, etc. Staff was super helpful making policy exceptions for our family which was there for a funeral.

As expected, the building was quite old and the property was crowded. The walls were thin and noise from adjacent rooms (snoring, etc.) was a concern.

Breakfast was fairly basic ... same as many chain hotels ... but plentiful. Staff were very friendly and helped us with planning some of our sightseeing.

Eggs were tough and lukewarm one day. Bacon would have been nice instead of sausage once. Process of hooking up a DVD player was excruciating. We continually got a "settings" notice on the screen which would not resolve. We had to turn our movie off and back on at least 20 times (not kidding) during a 1 1/2 hour movie.

Our room had been recently refutand had a wonderful shower in it. The room was very comfortable with good mattresses on the bed & lots of pillows! They had the best breakfast with custom cooked omelets . We walked a short 2 blocks down the street to the Best Western where the complementary breakfast was served.

We stayed in a room that has two queen size beds and one king. The beds were exceptionally comfortable with feather pillows. Everything was very clean with updated sinks (one inside the bathroom one outside the bathroom) and furnishings. They were working on remodeling other rooms, so they obviously care and put money into the property. The stay included a free breakfast, which oddly was at the Best Western a couple blocks down the road. It really wasn’t a big deal going there, we packed up all our stuff and went there before heading out of town. The breakfast was amazing. It has eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, all the fixings for a breakfast burrito, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal with a bunch of fixings, waffles, and everything else a continental breakfast has. All the staff we encountered at both places were so kind and friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

There was nothing I can find wrong with my stay.

Good bed. Bathroom set up good, good towels and lots of them. Like soap dispenser in shower. Very clean. AC good. Tv straightforward and easy to use. Amazing breakfast hosted at their sister property Best Western. Overall was very comfortable.

Would have preferred carpet over the tiled floor. Building is older and could use some exterior updates. Ice machine not working and laundry area was run down.

Clean, large, well maintained. Breakfast was unbelievable. Chuck wagon environment right down to the trail cookie preparing omelets by order. Tin cans and plates. 2 flavors of waffles.fiesta fixings for omelets. I had jalapeño, mushrooms,onions,green peppers sausage and cheese. Would have had tomatoes had they not had fresh salsa to top. Never have I ever experienced a hotel breakfast like that at 45 years old.

They weren't also at my next locations.

The welcome was kind and check in was quick despite our late arrival. The room was nice and big. There was a king sized bed, 2 queens and a sitting area. There was also an extra sink/countertop outside of the bathroom which was nice for our family of 6. The mini fridge with freezer, the microwave, large smart TV and the great breakfast with made to order omelets topped it off.

Nothing. It’s an older property but kept up well.

The owners of this hotel are working very hard to upgrade their rooms. Our stay was very nice, the beds were very clean, and the bathroom was newly renovated and spacious. We were more than delighted with the breakfast buffet. We needed to drive to the next hotel to eat breakfast but it was wonderful and one of the biggest we've ever had. The hospitality at both places was Montana wonderful!

I was driving up from Denver after work and wasn’t going to make it before check-in was supposed to end but they were kind enough to wait for me to get there! The room was super clean and very modern (I was able to watch netflix on the mounted TV). The parking right out front of my room was awesome. it made traveling with pets super simple.

The bed was a little squeaky/uncomfortable - but i’m a pretty easy sleeper so it wasn’t terrible for me. the top lock in my room was broken (room 20) but the bottom two worked!
