I will start by saying that I was planning to stay in Mortingtong, but I read the reviews of this accommodation that said that the breakfast was good and that is very important for me because I save money and time by leaving the hotel with breakfast to do our activities, but they fell SHORT, the breakfast It is NOT good, it is UNBEATABLE, great variety of salt dishes, you can even make your own burritos 😱 there are eggs, potatoes, delicious bacon, oatmeal, waffles, etc. There is nothing they haven't thought of, you can also have your own made own omelette to your liking 😱 I had never seen this in a hotel. Also the property is well maintained, everything VERY clean, it is worth the drive here. very friendly staff even though we arrived at midnight

Everything OK

Breakfast was great! First time I've had the option of having steel cut oats for breakfast instead of over sweet instant oatmeal. Options for toppings were: pecans, walnuts, almonds, dried cranberries and brown sugar! Could build a breakfast burrito or have gravy and biscuits or waffles. There was also the usual Continental breakfast items.

Noisy bathroom fan.

The best part of the Pioneer is their breakfast. Served outside from an authentic chuckwagon. The omelette was phenomenal. Second to the breakfast, the staff were friendly, helpful and generally exceptional.

Room was a bit long in the tooth, but clean and decently appointed.

The beds were insanely comfortable. The woman at the front desk was incredibly sweet. We had a great stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. It also looked like they had recently remodeled some of the rooms. There is a great coffee place right next door as well. It’s in an easy place and easily walkable to the best restaurant.

I have zero complaints about the property

This was a very cute place! It felt like home and very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and kept grounds. The rooms were so nice!! A double queen room was actually 2 separate rooms within one room. It felt like a suite. Last, but not least, the free breakfast was THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD! They go out of their way to make a homemade breakfast. Scrambled eggs, bacon, pork green chile, biscuits and gravy. Waffles, toast, cereal, etc. Everything you would ever want. It was so yummy! Also, there's a coffee hut right next door.

My pillow, but my family all loved theirs and slept comfortably.

This is a route 66 type motel and you park your car in front of your room. It's great for people with motorcycles. Breakfast was great. All in all a very nice hotel

Shower was a bit odd but it worked

the staff was incredible and offered so much hospitality which was evident in just a few hours of stay driving through town

rooms were a little outdated, but overall, worked perfect for us

The room was spacious and the staff were friendly and personable. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of choices. We loved the omelette station and the ambiance out front.

Price was slightly inflated for what it was.

The breakfast was phenomenal! Lots of great choices and the omelet wagon and green chili were delicious. Good selection. Staff was courteous, friendly and attentive.

Good breakfast... also owner appears to have put alot of money into remodeling property. Well taken care of establishment like a hotel is suppose to be.
