It’s all about service and the Radisson Blu Bengaluru is really on top of it. Everyone in the hotel (Drivers, Reception Desk, Breakfast, cleaning staff…), they make sure you are welcomed and treated like a special guest. This is what made the stance in the hotel a highlight. Room is well equipped, modern and clean, with all amenities expected. Breakfast is a mix between Indian food and western food, with addition of pancakes and eggs kitchen to be prepared on the spot. The breakfast room never felt crowded and in general was a pleasant time. The hotel has several restaurants and one bar, that didn’t try but felt quite upscale and nice. The organic harvest Spa of the hotel is very clean, services and therapist are great, and pricing is good. Totally recommended experience specially during jet lag. One highlight is the transportation from/to Airport, with safe drivers despite the crazy city traffic. And also the package for office transportation, that gives you piece of mind to move without depending on Uber/Taxi. Both of them at a very good price. All and all, I will repeat my experience in Radisson Blu and would recommend for a quality stay in Bengaluru.

Nothing I could think about, except the traffic in the Outer Ring Road to make the infamous U-Turn south.

We got our rooms upgraded, which made our stay quite enjoyable. I'd like to express my appreciation for several staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Jugdev from the front office provided excellent service. In fact, the entire staff was wonderful, with a special mention for Manu, who stood out for their outstanding service. I must also extend my commendations to Chef George from Europia 360; their rocca salad is simply outstanding. Additionally, Chef Musthaq from Saffron deserves recognition for his exceptional mutton biryani. It is a culinary delight that I highly recommend trying.

Their spa facilities are excellent, but there is room for improvement when it comes to staff discipline and customer service.

What I liked the mosty was the timely visit of the housekeeping staffs for tidying up the room, professional and well behaved staffs, lovely breakfast, well maintained health club which is open for 24 hours and located in the heart of the city.

Moisturisers should have been kept on a daily basis by the housekeeping staffs during cleaning the room as the weather was bit cold and usage of moisturiser was excess whereas I had to ask for the moisturiser separately every time.

Staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful. They take good care of everything I need even some small changes for a couple bank note. My luggage was taken care well since I arrived until I departed the hotel.

The bed is too soft for people who are 50 years old and above. It would be better if you provide choices of soft bed, medium bed, or hard bed; for example. One more thing is the rain shower is a bit leaked.

A staff kept on asking if I was okay and trying to make me feel comfortable when all I wanted was to check-in and make myself comfy after a long trip. It was friendly but made me too uncomfortable in front of the receptionists and I felt judged (eyes rolling) hahaha If you'll stay for a week, you might get tired of having the same options for a buffet breakfast or lunch. There's no place for business meetings or at least a common area to work with a few colleagues but at the breakfast lounge.

Staff are very cordial and friendly. has been very prompt and professional in the service rendered. Office was in ETV and was easy to commute daily to office. Concierge team and the house cleaning staffs has been prompt whenever I requested for their service. Assistant manager Sunil and Jugdev and Concierge incharge Raju has been very helpful when I had few concerns to address it promptly and set it right.

Nice room (not big but cozy) - good breakfast and very good restaurant. Nice courteous staff and great attitude. Room service was also super quick and amazing.

Price could have been a little less - like 5-10% less would be perfect.

Good service. Rooms of good size and comfortable. Breakfast had a good spread and the Chinese restaurant was good (though service there was a bit slow).

The shower area did not have a non-slip mat or rod for senior citizens, presenting a real risk of falling

Everything except one

I had requested for a smoking room while booking and hoped I would receive the same. At the reception after making the payment I was informed by the reception that they only had non-smoking rooms. I was literally forced to accept what they had since I had made the payment. The right way was to let me know that theirs was a no smoking facility ahead of arrival and give me the timeframe to book another facility.

I had already been travelling through southern India for nearly two months, staying is so many different places. When I arrived here I was pleasantly surprised- the premises are brand new, the rooms are very cosy and clean and all the common areas are beautifully refurbished to a very high standard. The wifi here works perfectly. I wouldn’t normally even mention this point, as we Europeans take this for granted, but after travelling so much here, I’m not taking it for granted, not everywhere you get the luxury of a good stable connection. On the minus side - the location is not ideal, so this would suit mostly business travellers who need to be in this particular area for some reason. What was very impressive was their buffet breakfast and buffet lunch. They should be adversed more, it is worth coming here just for their buffet lunch - the quality and variety of food is exceptional and for this price range I did not see anything similar in any of the other big hotels where I stayed. Management pays special attention to the concerns of the guests, which ultimately makes your stay here wonderful.
