Everything was perfect. Rooms and other things almost same in every hotel. But I like mostly workers. they are amazing. I never see worker like this in other hotels. Thank you for everything🙏🏻

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Shamakhi Palace Sharadil for an outstanding stay. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff provided exceptional hospitality and made us feel truly welcome. A special thanks to Amil, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and arranged a beautiful room with breathtaking views. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the scenery from the property was absolutely stunning. The food was delicious, and we deeply appreciate the thoughtful gesture of providing İmsak during Ramadan. The dinner was simply exquisite—every dish was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful retreat. Thank you once again to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

Honestly, there are almost no drawbacks. Everything was well-organized, and the service exceeded our expectations. If I had to mention anything, it would be that our stay was too short—we wish we could have enjoyed this wonderful experience for a few more days!

We stayed at Samaxi Palace Sharadil from August 4th to 7th, and honestly, everything about our experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning surroundings, the luxurious design, and the warm hospitality from the staff A very special thank you to the reception team — Amil bəy, Rafael bəy, and Tatyana xanım — for their kindness, professionalism, and always making us feel welcome. Their warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Also, a big thank you to the chef — the food was absolutely amazing, full of flavor, and clearly prepared with care. Every meal was a highlight of the day!

The facilities were top-notch — clean, spacious rooms, beautiful indoor and outdoor areas, and plenty of activities for all ages. Whether relaxing at the pool, enjoying the peaceful mountain views, or simply spending quality time as a family, every moment was a pleasure. I genuinely have no complaints. Everything was well-maintained, the service was professional, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and upscale.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel, thehotel provides complete range of activities that everyone coming should follow, just come and enjoy their full hospitality arranged for you under one roof and I want to give a special shoutout to Mirage at the front desk. He was not only super helpful and professional but also a genuinely great person to talk to—friendly, understanding, and easygoing. What really stood out was that he went out of his way to get me a room with a great view, which made the stay even more memorable. Service like that makes all the difference. Thanks again, Mirage!

Dinner menu could improve, but I can't complain the only regret is that I spent less time here.

During my travels, it is always important for me that the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel's own aura and the charming atmosphere of nature are indescribable. The hotel staff in particular confirmed that this choice was the right one. The housekeeping staff does their job very nicely and neatly, I would like to express my gratitude to Elshad Bey in particular. The food department was distinguished by its special deliciousness and staff. I would like to express my gratitude to Shafaat Bey in particular for the F&B department. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. I would like to express my gratitude to the FO staff, who helped me extend my reservation date without hesitation. Shamakhi Sharadil Hotel has become an address that I will not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family.

Room is big enough. Hotel has almost everything you need for 1 or days stay. Big area around where you can walk including outside pool. What was good is that on arrival they had compliment barbeque event with some drink and wine degustation.

We have visited hotel in September with still some nice weather outside where you would like to sit outside and have breakfast on terrace or near the pool but unfortunate this is not possible because of bees and wasps that attack your meal immediately and flying constantly around you. As well as cats that constantly annoy you and do not give you a chance to relax. Would recommend to hotel to take this into consideration and take appropriate actions as it is really an upset being not able to use terrace of the restaurant because of the mentioned above issues.

Our room was so big and had 3 balconies, a pool table, a living room, a dining room, a jacuzzi, and a panorama view of the mountain. It was the biggest suit and the most beautiful one we had in our entire life. Our stay included breakfast and dinner which was good and tasty. They have 2 swimming pools, indoors and outdoors. The outdoor pool is so big and very relaxing. They also do some water activities as well which is very nice and funny. There are some water slides and a playground for kids too which they enjoyed so much. The weather was so nice too in the summer as it's located in the mountains, not too hot and not too cold. And finally, the sunset view is just spectacular. Highly recommended.

A few small things needed repairs/renovation in the room, like the AC, the balcony doors, and some other room facilities, however, it wasn't that annoying as the hotel is getting older and we understand how difficult to maintain. Furthermore, more pest control needs to be done around the hotel. Lastly, the staff need to get more training, especially with the English language.

Amenities: This place truly has it all! The hotel boasts an impressive array of amenities that cater to guests of all ages, making it a perfect destination for families and individuals alike. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy thrilling activities like the shooting club and horse riding, while the stunning pools offer both relaxation and fun. Indoors, toddlers have dedicated play areas filled with engaging toys, and teens can immerse themselves in the PlayStation game room or enjoy friendly competitions at the bowling alley and pool table. For those who love to sing, the karaoke room is a fantastic option, and chess enthusiasts can challenge each other in the cozy chess area. With such a diverse range of indoor and outdoor activities, there's never a dull moment, ensuring that everyone—from young children to adults—can find something enjoyable to do. Dining: The restaurant is a highlight of my stay. Breakfast is incredibly rich and satisfying, and the staff are organized and attentive. The dinner buffet is absolutely amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Overall Experience: The staff are incredibly kind and polite, further enhancing the experience. It's hard to express just how amazing it feels to be here; it truly is a slice of heaven with all the amenities you could wish for. I’m writing this review while still enjoying my time here, and I genuinely don’t want to leave! 😊

The venue, design, atmosphere, music, singer, and the service provided by the staff were all absolutely amazing. The freshness and comfort offered to us felt like a new experience from my favorite hotel. The decoration of the room was exactly as I requested, and every detail was thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. It truly was an unforgettable experience for me, and it will remain in my memories for a long time. I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel with their loved ones.
