The grounds, the facilities, the quality of decor and furnishings were all well designed, well placed and well thought out. the indoor pool/ spa was clean, fun, very accommodating and enjoyable. The restaurants in the facility were impeccable... classy and tasty dishes. Guest services rep Chinara was very pleasant and helpful and supportive.

the A/C in the master bedroom suite and living room did not cool down the room enough during the hot summer night heat.

In fact we liked evrything. The landscape is beatiful. The hotel is an ideal starting point for discovering the surrounding area, Caucasus (Tufandag), Lahic, Chukhur, Nij and other remarkable places. The spa gives you an opportunity to relax after a hard day. There are two restaurants, an international (on the place) and a traditional one, 5-6 minutes on foot from the hotel. We had had a very kind lady as our personal concierge, namely Günel Maliyeva, who speaks very well in English, and could solve every problem (we had a flat tyre after 5 PM...).

Quite a few member of the staff spoke well in English. Hopefully in the future more and more tourists will arrive not only from the ex-URSS' countries, and in this case more English-fluent people in the staff would be advisable.

Location is the best Stuff is good Specially Gunel Maliyeva was very helpful in any aspect.

Property is good., but needs maintenance. Never stop, always improve. And 5 star hotel…. Coffee is important for me in breakfast. Do not change extra for good coffee. It has to be included!

From the moment we entered the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by Mr.Elmi, whose professionalism and kind attitude truly set the tone for our stay — his hospitality is truly commendable. Throughout our visit, the entire hotel staff consistently displayed a high level of friendliness and attentiveness. Everything was well-organized and managed to the finest detail. The cleanliness across all areas was impeccable, and the food quality exceeded expectations. We particularly appreciated the availability of a variety of international cuisines, which were both accessible and well-prepared. Overall, our stay was a delightful experience, and we’re grateful for the exceptional service and atmosphere provided by the team.

Beautifully (though a bit over the top) designed hotel in a very nice surroundings. Nice rooms, restaurant and spa facility. The staff are friendly (though speak very limited English). Special thanks to Mr Ismail (one of the managers) who made our stay very special.

We had to change room as there was a very bad smell throughout one of the floors, assume some plumbing issue as the hotel is very new.

Very beautiful place, spacious lobby, beautiful restaurants, affordable prices with great portions of food , it has all facilities that kids can enjoy from kindergarten till adult hood ( rent bikes in forest with a guide, bowling, play station, etc),, it has hotel part ( I rent junior deluxe suite which has 2 toilets ( clean ,comfortable & good space)and a villas like a cottages with a private swimming pool ( they clean it on daily basis) ,,I lived in both places and I enjoyed the 2 places ,, special thanks to our personal assistant Miss Aytakin who did a great job during our stay their, she was very efficient & supportive,, kind and helpful took a great care about us as a big group of 16 persons ( 3 families with kids), special thanks to Mr. Farman in reception area, regarding breakfast it was great with a lot variety of food,

Smelling in dining hall in the beginning of our stay then it disappeared, very very busy crowded place you have to arrange your stay in advance, the toilets of private villas has bad smells sometimes, we face a dog roaming around our villa however it wasn’t aggressive

During our recent stay, we had a truly pleasant experience, thanks in large part to the outstanding hospitality of Mr. Elmi. From the start, he made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He personally assisted us in booking a wonderful table at Rast Restaurant, which made our evening even more special. In addition to that, Mr. Elmi took the time to show us around the hotel and inform us about the various activities and facilities available, which helped us make the most of our stay. The entire hotel staff was equally professional, friendly, and attentive. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard. The food was another highlight — a great variety of international dishes, all of which were fresh and delicious. Overall, the service, hospitality, and attention to detail made our visit truly memorable. We’re grateful to Mr. Elmi and the entire team for such a lovely experience.

The hotel was tastefully decorated and comfortable, the food was good and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The spa was nice and clean. Overall definitely recommended stay.

Unfortunately the pool was under construction and not available for use. Also the outside area is a little limited .

You should add some Pakistani and Arab food in the Menu! You can add jumping castles for kids play.
