With a bit of effort, I'm sure they could elevate their breakfast game to match the rest of the hotel's excellent standards. Despite this minor drawback, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The price point of around 5k INR is a steal, considering the quality of service and amenities on offer. With a bit of tweaking to the breakfast menu, this hotel could easily become a top contender in its category. Our stay at the hotel was great. The staff greeted us nicely, helped us to our rooms and were available whenever needed. The room, bathroom, corridor and the hotel on the whole was squeaky clean, cozy and it always smelled nice. We were provided with all the mentioned amenities. The mountain view room actually lived up to its name. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the restaurant always served great food. Hotel's backside has a gorgeous setup of pool and tiny huts which was great for walks. The location of the hotel is close to the Nohur Lake and 7 Beauties Waterfall, which also adds to its score.

When i requested for a kettle in the room, it was not given and the staff informed me that the kettle can't be given to the rooms. Additionally, i requested for Iron box. But the staff simply said that they can't provide the iron box to the room. I have found it very irritating, even a small hotel and guest house provides these basic things. I was asked to give my shirt for ironing. But they have failed to do the jobm even after 30-45 minutes. Finally i had to call them to return the item without ironing.

Check in receptionist (Rahim) was very kind and helpful.

Check out was at 15:00 but the receptionist (the girl i dont know her name) call me at 12 ocklock and told me that i have to leave. I told her that via booking.com my check out time is at 15:00. She told me agqressively that it is not right,it is not our problem you have to leave. She was very angry. It is not the way to talk with the people like that.

The staff were incredibly helpful, cheerful, and polite, which made our short stay even more pleasant. The room was cozy and spacious, comfortably accommodating three of us.

They offer Indian food, which is a thoughtful addition, but unfortunately, the taste didn’t quite meet expectations. However, the buffet breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

The hotel was pretty and spacious. The staff spoke conversational English (rare in Azerbaijan) and were very accommodating. They also gave us a free upgrade without us even asking. Breakfast buffet has more items than I could even try. I asked for my eggs a specific way and they made them for me with a smile every morning.

The pool was not filled. It looked bare and akward in photos. I admit it was too cold to swim so I don’t think visitors missed out on a swimming experience.

Rooms were decent and clean with balcony overseeing the pool. Huge bathroom. Great staff that helped us move around in Gabala for an extra fee. Even dropped us at Sheki at check out.

It was noisy the first night but it's ok. I did not understand the concept of having AC in a different room than the bedroom but the room got cool enough eventually. Their restaurant prices are a bit expensive. Location is a bit far from Cable car but close to Nohur lake.

We had a wonderful stay. Absolutely No doubt about it. A huge thanks to Ismail and Rafail✌️Ismail is exceptional and will go out of the way to help, ensuring your expectations are met. Quite helpful when you want suggestions around the city while Rafail would look into your requirements inside the property and will ensure to the best of his abilities that you stay comfortably. These two were just amazing😀. Rest of the staff - reception, house keeping, restaurant have also been really helpful in all aspects. I would definitely come back

Breakfast need to improve.Very limited and the dishes are repeated. Breakfast is a very important deciding factor in your stay. When the first meal served is sumptuous you kind of ignore small issues around the property - that's what I honestly think

Location is very quite… Backyard is fabulous with shades to stay… Breakfast is amazing and diverse of food, i like the semolina with milk drink. The staff was so friendly and the upgrade us the room without additional cost as a gift I will be come again to this hotel in future

The city far around 20 minutes by a car The room not having a teapot to make tea in the room No lift in the hotel, but the staff very helpful to arrange your luggages

The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful pool view along with a balcony. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Especially Rahim was very helpful taken care of our transportation from the hotel to any place we wanted to go and even to the bus station.

Location was a bit far from the main city and no bus stop or taxi to be seen near by.
