Friendly staff, clean room, prime location next to the outdoor activities and coffee shops, with a nice view to the mountains. You can easily spend 2-3 hours outside without needing any taxi.

The outdoor restaurant didn't offer and enjoyable breakfast: The manager was very rude, and the staff treated the hotel guests with arrogance and forced them to have breakfast indoors only, not next to the lake, not even at the garden. They simply wanted to keep all outdoor tables for anyone but the hotel guests. Worst part is that when you request to have breakfast outdoors, they don't bother to explain their position in a polite manner, instead of that, they start shouting from distance that hotel guests are only allowed inside, which was very disrespectful.

Exceptional service, great, peaceful location at Nohur lakeside and delicious, plentiful buffet breakfast. Reception was very helpful, they provided us different options about sightseeings in the city and nearby villages, such as Nij. Waiters showed us great care in the morning, when we were having our breakfast at Nohur Hotel lounge.

Rooms are heated from the floor and in some parts of the room, especially at the entrance to the bathroom and near bed floor was overheated. Cleanliness could be improved, as cups and small plastic spoons placed near TV furniture were dirty. Some activities in the vicinity of the hotel area were closed (shops/attractions) and there were noisy construction activities while tourists were walking by. Prices at indian restaurant at lakeside were extremely high (probably rip-off) based on portion sizes and quality of service provided.

We booked the Room with Lake View but it was kinda pointless as the lake was much too far to be seen properly from the hotel. Window and small balcony was facing the lake tho, so I guess there's that. However, our room and the whole hotel is really beautiful and elegantly designed. The gardens are so lovely and relaxing to look at especially the ones near the restaurant side. Location is perfect within the Nohur lake entertainment compound itself so there are lots to do and you can easily walk to the lake. Lots of other restaurants and food stalls as well and ample free parking spaces. There is coffee/tea facility inside the room and minibar + several chips/nuts (chargeable) in case you want them. Staff are nice and friendly. The young guy who helps with the bags and parks the car (valet service) was superbly kind and friendly (unfortunately, I forgot his name- I think it was "Murat").

the breakfast they are not an open buffet and we are a family of 4 people including a baby of 1 year ok is not eating with us but the QTY of FOOD they offer is for 1 person only, one more point they put for us a free chocolate and kindy and the day of check out the charge us about 30$ for small chocolate of 2 $ because I need to go back to Baku and no time so I pay and I go because they inform us then they said sorry we didn't mentioned any think , better if they ask you like that as them to send email or msg to keep the evidence

Absolutely gorgeous view & extremely comfortable room! The bedding was great and the room was spacious. The staff was also always present and treated us very well.

The restaurant is VERY bad. I ordered 2 coffees and an Iced Tea and it took almost 2 hours to arrive! I kept calling them and was constantly met with "OK ITS COMING!". It finally arrived, but the coffee was cold and the "Iced Tea" turned out to be just a can. I absolutely do not recommend that you order anything from their restaurant or eat there (Nohur Gol restaurant). It as also grossly overpriced! The shower was also terrible. It barely had any pressure and was lukewarm, almost cold! It was still clean though.

The room was actually two rooms with a huge common lounge with a common restroom and a common bathroom with heated floor. I really like the spacious rooms and lounge area. All TVs were smart in the bedrooms and lounge. Internet was reasonable. Huge parking space was available. The breakfast was really nice.

I opted for the lake view room but I could barely see the lake from the balcony. There was no benefit for opting the lake view room. The coffee machine was not working during the breakfast which was a dissapointment.

1) Spacious and well maintained rooms 2) Friendly and caring staff 3) Location is right next to Gabala lake, which in itself is a major tourist attraction and also the Gabala waterfall is nearby 4) The garden has enough space for kids to run around 5) Ample car parking space Overall it's a definite recommendation in our view. I am only sad that I couldn't spend another day (I should have stayed here one day more, instead of a day in Baku)

Only area they can further improve is the breakfast. Which is not bad, but if they could have added a few more items like cereals, hot milk and fruits, it would have been perfect.

Okay I dont have time to write these reviews but these guys deserve a 10 star rating because of how amazing the hotel was . The hotel was amazing the floor was heated , even the washroom floor was heated . The location is prime . It is right next to the lake and many other activities in Ghabala . The amenities provided were the best . The staff was also amazingly polite and helpful . The rooms are beautiful and everything is perfect . They have taken care of all the guest’s needs . The breakfast served was amazingly good . If you are coming to Ghabala and you are not staying on this property you are missing out on alot .

There is nothing to dislike.

Amazing hospitality and the rooms are just gorgeous. I had made a mistake in my booking dates and they adjusted it without any charges, super sweet of them. The breakfast was also good. The villa we stayed in was royalty at its best. Would have loved to stay a night more. The location is beautiful surrounded by greens and lake. Just amazing!

The breakfast could have had more variety especially for people from different nationalities.

Wow wow, i want to start with the location, very beautiful location by the lake and mountains, this hotel is only a month old, i booked a standard room, and the i got shocked how beautiful and huge the room was, extremely beautiful property, very spacious room, with all new furniture, so so clean and has the new new furniture smell which i liked it, the staff was outstanding, helpful, humble, generous, friendly, people here are so so amazing…10/10 property, ive got the beautiful small balcony in my room with the perfect view.. and i also read the comment regarding the bed smell, and when i was paying I mention this to the hotel, and they told me mam everything is going to be perfect.. and tbh when i went in my room, no smell exceptionally clean.. everything excellent…love love love the breakfast..i loved every single second of my stay..
