The studio was very clean and very comfortable with fully equipped kitchen. The room was very warm and bathroom had heated floor which was quite nice. The kids play area was great for our little one. The indoors pool is very nice but unfortunately closes at bit early.

Breakfast could have more variety Coffee at breakfast was instant coffee no machine Water bottles were provided but when we asked for more water we would only get 2 more bottles not more. No toothbrushes, toiletries in bathroom. The reception staff asked for tips in a pushy way upon arrival after dropping off our baggage. We normally tip but before leaving not at the beginning.

Absolutely amazing stay, perfect hotel, perfect location, totally worth the price. Warm, delicious and generous breakfast. Ceyhun at the reception was absolutely awesome and helpful during the whole stay. He went out of his way to facilitate us in every way, and accommodated sauna and swimming time despite being closed from r guests at that time. Gave us so many general travel tips and tricks for Azerbaijan. Recommended some local hidden gems to visit, which were totally worth it. Thanks to Ceyhun for making the stay even better.

Comfortable deluxe rooms, decent breakfast included. The hotel is in a residential neighborhood, quiet outside, but need a car to get to any interesting place in the area. Nice pool but the water was quite cold (kids refused to swim)

We arrived at 10.30 pm and the only man on reception was trying to charge us extra to "upgrade" our room to deluxe despite the fact that we already had deluxe booked. We refused to pay, and still got our rooms. During the next two days all the staff was very friendly and nice.

Everything was good, the hotel was clean, spacious, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast. The only thing missing is the restaurant in the hotel for lunch and dinner. That you will be able to order with the help of hotel staff, they deliver at the hotel with 20% of ordered value. Food anyway wasn't expensive.

Nothing as such, the road outside is quite dark at night no street lights outside the hotel. But that is not negative for the hotel but makes it difficult to walk at night to a nearby market or restaurant.

I had a great stay at the Hotel LakeSide . The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive, and they made me feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the restaurant had a nice ambiance and a tasty menu. The location was perfect, close to the main road, the city center. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

It would be nice if the indoor pool was warmer

Excellent value for money, comfortable and cozy rooms in economical price. Mountain and valley view rooms give mesmerizing view. Fruit trees in orchards and seatimg arrangement in the lawn is peacefull and relaxing.

Location is bit off, after sunset its all dark on street and no restaurant is located on walking distance..we had to hire a private taxi to actuall go out for dinner at nearest nohur lake restaurants. Staff hardly understand english although translator works well.

The internet connection was good in the lobby but in the hotel room we experienced weak and spotty connection.

The rooms were very spacious, neat and clean, the property had an indoor swimming pool that was heated, we could go for a swim when it was chilly outside, they also had steam and sauna, n we used the sauna on both days. It's a little away from the centre of the town, closer to the nohur lake, but about 5-7 mins drive. Good property, very quiet, and good stay overall

The best part about this accommodation was a proper Finnish sauna and a cool indoor pool. As a Finnish person I really appreciated it. The staff was polite and helpful - especially Ceyhun. Accommodation in general was clean and comfortable.

The shower pressure and the lighting in the toilet. The bed was quite hard

- it is very new property. So furniture, facilities are very new. Hope they will maintain this - location is very good. Very close to Nohur Lake and easily reachable to Qabala center - very nice and clean pool - room was very spacious and clean

It would be good if they served lunch and dinner but I am sure by time they will work on it as it is very new hotel
