I dont have words to describe. I would say WOW WOW, I made a great choice by selecting this great hotel. All the activities like Coaster, Zipline, Cable Car, and most importantly, "Paragliding" were an amazing experience. The hotel is calm, very neat and clean, and close to the natural mountains. When I arrived, it was full of FOG and I loved it. Thanks to the beautiful lady Naira, Jasmin, Vanera , the restaurant manager, paragliding expert Mr. Max, and the luggage staff. They are all lovely people. The breakfast was phenomenal, it was an amazing experience, they have a wide variety of breakfast options. Even they have 2 restaurants (4th floor and ground floor). Both are great. Tried SPA, Massage, it was great. Thanks to the lovely lady at the SPA reception for welcoming us. I would definitely come again. InshaAllah Overall 10/10.

We had an amazing summer stay at the mountain resort! Everything was perfectly organized, and I want to sincerely thank all the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the first moment. The spa was absolutely fantastic — relaxing, clean, and with everything we needed to fully unwind. The entertainment options were also great, offering something for everyone throughout the day. One culinary highlight worth mentioning: in the courtyard of Zirve Hotel, right by the second cable car station, UFO Burgers, we discovered the most delicious burgers we’ve ever had! A must-try for any visitor. Also, don’t miss Shahdag PUB located at the Main Plaza — it serves the best beer and the most delicious snacks. A perfect spot to relax in the evenings. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refreshing summer mountain getaway with great service, food, and atmosphere.

The location was excellent — very close to many activities and attractions, making it convenient to explore the area. Some of the receptionists were very welcoming and always smiling when we approached them for directions or support. The lady working at the tour booking desk was especially kind, supportive, and helpful, making our activity planning much easier.

There was a slight delay during check-in, which I can understand given the number of guests arriving at the same time. However, a bigger issue was the repeated requests for a baby crib we called several times and each time were told it would be provided, but it never arrived. I eventually had to go to the reception in person to request it again. In addition, some of the reception staff were a bit unfriendly and seemed inattentive when I tried to ask for directions or other information.

Great location, amazing view, good service. Attractions made our stay even fun, and we were not got bored as in our hotels in Azerbaijan. And thanks for giving free vouchers for two attractions, it was fun!

Prices in the restaurant were expensive. Although it was written in menus that TAX and service fee is included into shown price, they were charging extra fees in addition to the meal price which was a bit disappointing. This motivates tourists to skip the lunch and dinner in the hotel and look for restaurants outside the hotel. For making the stay comfy, I would recommend having different types of restaurants which could be accessible for everyone.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect! Traveling with family can be challenging, but from the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and welcoming. The atmosphere was warm, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the amenities made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. What truly made our experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service we received from the hotel manager, Kamila. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, happy, and had everything we needed. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests stood out in every interaction. Kamila treated us like family – always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we asked. Thanks to her, our stay felt special and personal. It’s rare to meet someone who brings so much heart to their role, and Kamila is a true asset to this hotel.

This hotel is the best one to stay in Shahdagh. From the time we entered till check out felt like we are like Royal family. Special thanks to Mr. Dashdi, what a amazing pesron he is. He given us best rooms as I requested. He also sent me surprise cake for my birthday. It was really so nice of him. This hotel situated on the best location. Big rooms with very nice Bathrooms. Everything is there for a nice stay. Huge buffet but missing coffee machine. Very nice restaurant on top floor. Turkish hamaam, spa, gym n pool with warm water all top class. Activities are few steps away and free activities vouchers are gifts from hotel is also nice gesture. I recommend this great hotel to everyone who wants to stay in nice & calm place. Salute to every staff of this hotel.

We loved our stay at the Shahdag Hotel. Even though our view wasn't quite clear on the first day due to the snowfall, our mountain view room lived up to its name once the fog cleared. The staff was very professional and helpful. Our room was really cozy, clean and was just lovely. The bathroom had heated floors which was quite helpful in the cold weather of Shahdag. The complimentary breakfast seemed to have unlimited options which were all delicious. The location of the hotel is also scenic and right in front of the Shahdag coaster which is a plus point. Room service was quick and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Everything about the hotel. From the time we got there to the checkout. Check-in was smooth and swift. The room was big, spacious and clean as in the pictures. We all received complimentary snacks on arrival. It was my birthday the next day and at the mention of it, the hotel brought cake and fruit that I shared with friends on my birthday. They also offered a complimentary jacuzzi time for two people. The breakfast buffet was excellent; everyone could find something they could eat. The breakfast time of 7-11 is also good, as it's long enough to allow sleep-in time. A big shout out to the whole guest relations department, especially Kamila. The hotel general manager, Mr Sabuhi Ismailov, kept on checking if things were okay, and I could see him engaging with guests all the time. We were four different families, and we were all happy with the service.

I had a extremely pleasant stay at Shahdag hotel and spa, the resort has excellent location. The rooms are spacious and super comfy, the view from balcony is spectacular. The staff are always helpful, they have shuttle service that takes you to zirve hotel where most of the activities are. They have impressive heated swimming pool. I got free spa which includes Turkish hammam and Suana which was cool. Their breakfast was super delicious, both me and wife loved the variety of items offered. Also you get free cable chair ride with the package. Overall excellent stay, front office staff is really helpful. Highly recommended.

Only negatives for me were Complementary Turkish hammam, cause inside there was no accessory to use for service like foam or sponge there was only water. So incomplete Turkish hammam. Also its really dark outside in the night a few lights in your premises will help the guest and overall ambience as well.

I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible mountain resort right on the opening day of the summer season, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was simply outstanding from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself is beautiful, blending perfectly with the surrounding nature and offering breathtaking views of the mountains. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the spa area – it was immaculate and wonderfully relaxing. After a day of hiking in the fresh mountain air, unwinding in the spa was the perfect way to end the day. The facilities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the sauna and the outdoor hot tub with mountain views. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. You could feel that they truly care about their guests' comfort and experience. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home from the very first day. Being there for the opening of the summer season added something truly special to my stay. There was a sense of fresh energy and excitement in the air, and the hotel had clearly put a lot of thought and care into preparing everything to perfection. Another major bonus was the food. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. But the real culinary gem on the property is UFO Burgers — hands down the best burgers I’ve ever tasted! Juicy, creative, and bursting with flavor — a must-try for anyone staying here. But what really stood out was the on-site PUB, which quickly became our favorite spot. The beer was always fresh, and the snacks wer I wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful yet luxurious mountain getaway. Whether in winter or summer, this place is truly a gem. I will definitely be back!
