We stayed in a cottage with plenty of space. Everything was new and recently renovated, with very good heating. The breakfast was excellent, served with a rich variety of food. The resort has a nice wellness area featuring a whirlpool, Turkish bath, and Finnish sauna. The facilities are separated for men and women, The swimming pool is shared. Everything was very clean, and the staff were professional and kind. The property also includes a large game zone, which is a nice addition. We rented a car at the airport, and the road to Shahdag Ski Resort is convenient. We chose this hotel, located approximately 13 km from the ski area, because the hotels at Shahdag Ski Resort are very expensive, including the ski equipment rental. At the lower station, a ski set costs 50 manat (approx. €25), and a ski pass is 44 manat (approx. €22). The ski area is large, well-prepared, and equipped with modern lifts. It wasn’t crowded, which was great. Car parking costs 7–10 manat per day (€3.5–5).

the men’s sauna temperature only between 65–75°C. we would prefer also a shared sauna.

The view from our room was very beautiful of the snow-capped shahdag mountain. To our surprise, it was a cottage whereas we thought it was hotel apartments. Beautifully located. The restaurant was great from breakfast and dinner both. They have a very delicious pizza. The only problem at the restaurant was that they would smoke indoors, and that was very uncomfortable. They had a nice play area/gaming zone for kids.

Rooms weren't very big. They didnt have iron. They would only provide 2 water bottles for 4 of us. And later would not even give more water upon asking. Where as we had to buy it from the restaurant everytime

The view and location was great. You feel like being in an isolated village surrounded by trees and nature. A very peaceful and beautiful place. Spa was modern and good with separated places four men and women. Rates of message were good and Seda was a great professional person who knows exactly in her field. You will be welcomed in the spa by Said or Hameeda who will help you in an excellent way. We tiered the cinema, bowling, swimming pool, sauna and message. All were good. The restaurant connected to the spa is a very nice place to stay in during the day and enjoy the nice view with the great service of Taher who was always very patient with our continuous orders as a family with avery nice smile. Some staff understand English but they all try to manage for help. I would like to thank Noorlana and Haji as they served us in a wonderful way and listened to our remarks in a very professional way while we were checking out. The rate for the rooms and cottages for families against the services there and friendly cooperative staff is a good value for money. We will definitely stay there again but in a cottage next time.

The room furniture was very simple. A small couche will make it better too. And adding a phone to reception will be ideal. Maybe if we had the cottage it was going to be better. But it was a good space. It was meant to be simple and like living alone isolated from technology maybe but as a family from the gulf we were not used to this. But the feeling was changed in the second day and we loved the experience and enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Location, overall the area and cottages are very nice. The price and other services in comparison with last year is double expencive and nothing extra is added. Same facilities - double price. Overal i think i will visit it again as the area is very peacefull and nice.

We stayed 3 person but room amenities were for 2 people only, when asked from reception for extra bottle they ask for additional money and forwarded your call to room service. So better come prepared and grab enough water and snacks, as there is no market around :) Plus water in indoor swimming pool is very cold. Breakfast also needs some improvements, no pancakes available even upon request for order, staff did not know what is pancake.

Great location, there's not a lot nearby, the resort gives a great mountain view. We were mainly there to go skiing, Shahdag was 20 mins away making it worth while for us. Room was well heated and water pressure was strong for a mountain cottage. The food and entertainment at the restoran are great. Evenings there is dancing and singing that we enjoyed. We experienced snow during our stay. Beautiful.

There is steep slope from the entrance to the cottages, and no other recourse than walking. This path is slippery when it snows, although they regularly salted the roads.

Breakfast and the food was amazing. The team did a great job. Location is very near to Shahdag and it is easily accessible. The roads were nice and safe to drive to the resort. It was great that they arranged surprise for my wife for our wedding anniversary.

I felt the team should know little more English to make it easier to communicate. As a non-speaker of their native language, i faced difficulties with this aspect. The weather during our stay let us down as most of the view were spoiled by the fog. This is beyond anyone's control and we were just little upset about this aspect.

We really had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding, A special thanks to “Oktay” who kindly upgraded our room for our anniversary. He was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The stunning views and fresh air provided a refreshing detox experience. This hotel was truly a great choice for our celebration!

we did encounter a minor issue with some sneaky bugs getting inside the gem during our stay. While it was a bit concerning, it didn’t overshadow our overall experience. The staff was attentive and made sure we were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable getaway!

Restaurant at Resort was really good. Beautiful ambience. The main restaurant serves all food and beverages and other SPA Centre attached restaurant serves drinks. F&B Manager Mr. Mirza was very helpful to understand our special needs and vegetarian food. He was very kind and had lot of patience to understand us and arranged customized food on request. Restaurant staff was very courteous and always smiling and accommodative. Mr. Navrouz was always available to understand English and provide all support. SPA Centre has all games, entertainment and theater plus 4 lane Bowling alley. Nicely arranged. Must visit and enjoy your stay.

Hotel property is located on a hill top has amazing views. I believe it is one of the best in town property near Shahdag. I would certainly come back again.

Overall experience was exceptional and I wanted to extend also but few things one has to keep in mind before booking this hotel, like: 1. Rooms/Huts are spreaded over the hill and depending on your room one has to climb up the hill once you visit the restaurant. Hill is really steep and climbing and going back to room. Is really a task. Hotel should have some buggy service for taking their guest back to rooms. Or guests should go with their own cars which they can use to roam inside property 2. A/c were not available in all the rooms. Generally weather is cold but in summers it gets hot. Atleast fan has to be there if not A/c. 3. Some rooms and bathroom locks were not working during our stay.. We were using "'Do Not Disturb" card while using toilets... Probably that was only our hut.

The location of this hotel is in nature and 3 hours away from Baku. Beautiful view of the caucaus mountains. Morning walks were my favourite as we could enjoy the beautiful nature. breaksfast was good, some choices and dinner. The hotel offers free round trip transportation to the nearest ski resort. the staff were amazing, with limited English, but they tried  their best to communicate. The only English speaking staff was the hotel manager. I highly recommend this place.

Our room was in a super high hill. Though the resort had complimentary transport, it was a little difficult to communicate with them unless you came to them to ask to be transported to your room. The room was by choice, but I wish I was closer to the main restaurant or main gate. Something to consider next time.
