Our stay at the hotel was simply excellent. The breakfast was delicious, everything was very clean and beautiful, and the staff were extremely helpful. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Ruslan from security and Mr. Niyaz at reception for their kind support and attention to my family throughout our 5-day stay. Surrounded by breathtaking nature, this hotel is truly a wonderful place to relax and enjoy.

While we truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, I must mention that the prices at the restaurant, as well as within the entire Shahdag resort complex, are unreasonably high. Such pricing feels unrealistic for local citizens. It would be wonderful if the hotel and resort management could consider more reasonable rates, as the hotel should be welcoming not only to foreign guests but also to the country’s own people.

I believe my stay at this hotel was one of the most beautiful experiences I have ever had in any hotel. It cannot simply be called a hotel — it is a palace in the heart of nature. The attention to detail in the rooms is impossible to overlook. Everything is as modern and luxurious as it gets — from the stunning lighting and long chandeliers, to the oversized table lamps by the bed, and the elegant leather chairs. I can’t stop describing the modernity, sophistication, and uniqueness of the rooms. We stayed in a suite overlooking the mountains, and I truly enjoyed spending time inside the room because of its beauty. The hotel’s spa and massage services were also amazing — a must-try experience. The reception staff were very helpful and eager to assist. All the activities around the hotel, from the alpine slide to the cable car to the small boats, added to the charm of the stay. We especially loved walking along the designated paths by the lake, particularly in the early morning. The weather in the area was cool and refreshing — completely different from the heat of Baku — which made our experience at this hotel truly unique.

Loved every single bit of it, lovely warm outdoor pool, jaccuzi inside. Very hard working lady, keeps providing towels and making sure the area is clean. Absolutely loved the breakfast, one of the best I have ever had. Rooms very huge, comfortable and luxurious. Twin beds were good sized, good enough for the kids to share.

Lack of information about the activities/shuttle bus service at the reception however we figured it out at the Shadag hotel and resorts counter. Easy access to there through the lift -1 floor. Restaurant for dining in is on the expensive side, the waiters were not attentive.

The location is just something out of a movie. Beautiful hotel, nice warm outdoor swimming pool. The staff is really helpful and nice. Carpark valet. Edgar is most of the time a joker. Breakfast was good for Azerbaijani standards. The restaurant is expensive but good food.

You do need to ask things 10 times. And I do understand from the employees standpoint that it is very frustrating dealing with clients especially those from the Middle East. But try to stay calm to other clients. I know you are having a difficult time but that is not my problem. We asked for a baby bed 5 times, they brought it at around 11 pm...

Everything was excellent and exceeded expectations. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and had a sort of elegance to it that made us feel like royalty. The spa was impressive with a heated pool facing the mountains and ski resort was breath taking - honestly one of my best stays this year and will go back time after time again.

It was particularly busy, even though we went at an off-peak snowboarding time, but during an Eid Break, which made the dining experience a little over crowded and unpleasant. Time your stay a little better and then there's nothing to fault at Pik Palace.

The property is beautiful and very well located. The staff were amazing and very helpful and friendly throughout. During our stay we were looked after by Niyaz, Afaq, and Ali Akbar who were on FoH. All were very professional and more than anything, pleasant and friendly with a very warm welcome each time. They went over and above to ensure that at stay reflected the prestige image of the hotel. The food was really nice and combined with the picturesque view made our stay very relaxing. Needless to say that the outside pool is somewhat magical at night. Although excellent and we could not be happier. Thank you to the great staff.

One point that would be good to improve is the breakfast. Having a more international selection would be great especially towards the British side but this is obviously bias.

We had a wonderful stay at Pik Palace hotel! Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the experience. The staff at the registration desk were professional, welcoming, and made check-in a breeze. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of everything and surrounded by beautiful mountains, which made for some stunning views. It definitely felt like great value for money, considering the quality of service and amenities. The entertainment facilities were a fantastic bonus and added to the enjoyment of my stay. Highly recommend for both relaxation and adventure!

However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. A lack of dust bins around the property, which made it a bit inconvenient at times. Additionally, the number of staff during breakfast seemed quite limited.

The true highlight of our stay was the outstanding service provided by the dedicated staff. Aziza, Gunel, Ravil, and Khagani are just a few of the team members who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and warm demeanor made a significant difference, turning a simple hotel stay into a truly memorable experience. Each interaction was met with genuine hospitality, reflecting their commitment to excellent service. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work and the positive impact they had on our visit. We highly recommend Pik Palace Hotel, not just for its stunning location and amenities, but especially for its exemplary staff who truly know how to make guests feel valued.

I stayed 1 night at Pik Palace, Shahdag, Autograph Collection – and overall, the experience was great. The location and facilities were perfect, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. However, when it comes to value for money in the restaurants, I was not satisfied. The prices were unbelievably high – on par with restaurants in Dubai, which was quite surprising. That said, the meals were delicious, and we really enjoyed the food despite the cost. The breakfast was good – not perfect, but still enjoyable. In summary: ✔️ Place – Perfect ✔️ Facilities – Perfect ✔️ Staff – Super ✔️ Food – Delicious ❌ Restaurant Prices – Too high ✔️ Breakfast – Good, not great Would I return? Maybe – but I’d definitely plan meals a bit differently next time.
