I stayed 1 night at Pik Palace, Shahdag, Autograph Collection – and overall, the experience was great. The location and facilities were perfect, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. However, when it comes to value for money in the restaurants, I was not satisfied. The prices were unbelievably high – on par with restaurants in Dubai, which was quite surprising. That said, the meals were delicious, and we really enjoyed the food despite the cost. The breakfast was good – not perfect, but still enjoyable. In summary: ✔️ Place – Perfect ✔️ Facilities – Perfect ✔️ Staff – Super ✔️ Food – Delicious ❌ Restaurant Prices – Too high ✔️ Breakfast – Good, not great Would I return? Maybe – but I’d definitely plan meals a bit differently next time.

Staying at Pik Palace was a real treat. We were upgraded to a beautiful, spacious suite with spectacular mountain views. Thank you Jasmine and Niyaz at the Front Desk for your great service, and for going the extra mile to make our stay truly exceptional. Breakfast is fabulous, and we had a great dinner at Terrazza. The ski hire facilities were very convenient. The ski facilities in Shahdag were well-organised, and we enjoyed our time on the slopes. The gym, pool, steam and sauna facilities were clean and well-maintained. Staff at the spa were very helpful and accommodating.

Nothing to complain about - only that I wished we could have stayed longer!

The hotel has a great location for those that want to ski as it's located at the starting of the skiing slope; plus the ski shop where you can book private lessons and rent equipment is at the basement of the hotel making it a perfect location! Abdulrahman and other staff at the reception were very welcoming and able to support in any request, including the late check-out. The hotel has 2 pools, including an external one with hot water - a great pleasure to enjoy it when snowing and mountains around you are completely white. I would definitely suggest this hotel to people aiming to spend nice time on the snow! My family with 2 kids enjoyed it a lot and we will definitely plan to come again next year.

It was an incredible stay. The infrastrucutre and customer service is top notch, and as someone that had never skied before, the guys (Roshan and team) at the ski shop were extremely helpful and the instructor (Amil) was extremely polite, friendly and patient. Additionally, Abdurrehman at the main desk was extremely accommodating and helpful with a variety of requests. The breakfast is a feast with great variety, freshness and quality of food every morning. The hotel is also located to give guests incredible views of the snow peaks.

The only thing I found quite odd, was that once we had a employee barge into the room with Room Service, Im not sure if this was a mistake but it certainly put a stain on an otherwise perfect stay, and thats the only reason why this is a 4 star review.

Location, big size of the rooms, overall everything was good

I think there is a room for making this place better…first of all , they need to reduce the prices of the dishes there as most of the time the restaurant is empty…they need to have more options of different cuisines as there are a lot of tourists… Lebanese food would be a great option because it is a very famous cuisine and it covers the vegetarian and non vegetarians. The skating arena was not ready, in which I think it should have been up and running by December . The indoor pool is amazing. As for ski Instructors you need to give them an intensive course in English language, this will help you a lot to improve communication with your guests. And you need to reduce the prices of equipment rentals..

We absolutely loved this property, especially their outdoor hot swimming pool, offering excellent views of the snowcapped mountains in the backdrop. There's also an indoor hot pool for those who may not be willing to go for the outdoor experience. The breakfast included in the package is also excellent, with a great variety of food on offer. The staff was excellent too, very polite, helpful & lovely. The location is perfect, you just step outside and take the stairs down to the area where the Shahdag mountain coaster starts and there are several shuttle buses running to Shahdag mountain resort. I have no complaints about my stay in this property!

We had a very pleasant stay. The pool, location, room service, and breakfast were all very good. Everything was well-organized, and we truly enjoyed our experience.

We noticed that some team members seemed to lack knowledge about the property, which could be improved to enhance guest experience even further. Also, during booking, we had requested connected or nearby rooms, and the Front Office team had confirmed they would be nearby. However, upon arrival, the rooms were in two different directions, which was a bit inconvenient for our family.

Room - super luxurious, the heated outdoor pool is a master stroke in this property, indoor pool and jacuzzi are also superb, Gym small but for a holiday- perfect, Breakfast lavish, breakfast restaurant- with mesmerizing view. Staff is the best Ive experienced in any hotel worldwide, from the security at the gate to the senior management, who were there to help you at every step. Italian restaurant has an extensive menu and once again extremely courteous staff looking after all your needs, the view from the room- you can just sit and admire for hours, the calm and the peace is what you desire on a holiday, activity center is a 5 minute drive, cant get better than this

I WAS SICK THE MAJORITY OF TRIP, I APPRECIATED THE SWIFTNESS AND CONVENIENCE OF DOCTORS/AMBULANCE TO HELP. BUFFET WAS GOOD AND ITALIAN RESTAURANT, BUT AGAIN, VERY SLOW SERVICE. SKI IN SKI OUT WAS PERFECT.

HOT TUBS AND OUTSIDE POOL WERENT UP TO TEMPERATURE STANDARDS. SHOULD HAVE BEEN HOTTER. THE CONCIERGE FORGOT TO MAKE OUR RESERVATION FOR 12 PEOPLE AT ONE RESTAURANT BUT SWIFTLY HELPED MAKE ANOTHER FOR A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT. ROOM TEMPERATURE WAS VERY COLD & DRY. OUR TEMPERATURE GAGUE WASNT WORKING. ALSO HOUSEKEEPING/FRONT DESK. NEVER ANSWERED PHONES, VERY HARD TO GET AHOLD OF PEOPLE FOR EXTRA TOWELS ETC.-VERY SLOW SERVICE.
