I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Zirve Hotel. The property offers a wide range of activities, complemented by a warm and welcoming environment. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh fruits and a generous variety of options to choose from each morning. The staff were wonderful, attentive, and consistently helpful, creating a very positive atmosphere throughout my stay. The overall cleanliness and homely feel of the hotel made the experience even more comfortable and memorable.

There was nothing significant that I disliked. Zirve is a nice, charming, and cosy small resort with all the essential facilities one would expect within the property. Some things are best left as they are, as the character and simplicity of the hotel add to its charm.

Everything was wonderful. From checkin to check out everything was smooth. All the staff were very humble and helpful , special mention for Mr. Samir from the reception, he is very humble, kind and helpful he helped us a lot for any query and support we needed. The food in breakfast was great and lot of options to choose from. And the view from the breakfast area was breath taking. There are number of restaurants just below the hotel. All the activities are around the hotel. Currently for Spring and summer they are running offer where you get cable car and zipline for all those who have booked the room with Zirve. And additionally you get the access of Spa , swimming pool and gym of Shahdag Mountain resort.

Zirve Hotel is ideally located in Shahdag and offers great value for money. The hotel itself is excellent, with wonderful breakfast options and plenty of activities for all ages. The summer weather was perfect, and the mountains and scenery made it ideal for family hiking. The room service was excellent, and everything was very clean. A great place for a family getaway.

What we didn’t like was the washroom smell, which seemed to be due to poor ventilation. The management acknowledged that they are aware of this issue and are working on a solution, but it did affect our stay.

I recently stayed at Zirve hotel and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and very comfortable, with all the amenities one could need. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining the room daily. The hotel facilities were excellent . I particularly enjoyed the restaurant, which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently situated close to all activities , making it easy to get around. Overall, I highly recommend Zirve hotel to anyone visiting Sahdag The exceptional service and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable, and I look forward to returning on my next trip.

I had the pleasure of staying at this mountain resort during the summer season, and it was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by incredibly warm and welcoming staff — always attentive, kind, and ready to assist with a smile. The resort’s spa was a true highlight. After a long day of exploring the beautiful nature trails, relaxing in the sauna and enjoying a professional massage felt like heaven. The outdoor jacuzzi with panoramic mountain views was unforgettable. Another major bonus was the food. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. But the real culinary gem on the property is UFO Burgers — hands down the best burgers I’ve ever tasted! Juicy, creative, and bursting with flavor — a must-try for anyone staying here. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Your care and attention to detail made all the difference. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The best bed and pillow on our travel, VERY comfortable to our liking! Wide range of complimentary amenities in the room (e.g. a sewing kit, shaving, etc.) with a fridge and a kettle also. Breakfast was excellent and a lots of choices, and our booking included a SPA to the Shahdag mountain resort, where you catch a bus up (about once an hour) and can enjoy the pool, sauna, etc (although private couple saunas need extra cost and booking). The windows can be opened, and faces the carpark side (away from the ski slopes) but you can still see the mountains! For those staying more than 15 days, they will also assist you with the registration with the government. Lots of food stand choices outside during busy times like the weekend, otherwise can either eat at the restaurant, or catch the bus to Shahdag mountain resort for options.

A number of the receptionists seemed quite rude and dismissive to us when we politely asked about a few questions. One of the receptionist was very helpful and fantastic otherwise.

ITS A FINAL DESTINATION FOR ALL WINRER ACTIVITIS IN SHAHDAG. THE HOTEL NEET TO REPLACE THE BAD PILLOW, NEED CLENESS OF ROOM FROM THE CORNER SIDE SPCILY WHER THE WINDOW CURTAINS ENDS . WE FOUN UNDER CURTAIN A DIRTY SHOCKS AND A EMPTY WATER BOTTEL . OTHERWISE WE HAVE PLASENT STAY .

The hotel is the Centre of all activities at Shahdag. Clean and comfortable hotel. In every room, toilet and bath rooms are separately built, which is a very nice design, especially for families. You may purchase all activities from within this hotel. The hotel has exceeded my expectations being a 3 star hotel and the service is not less than any 4 or some 5 star hotels even. Hotel rooms were spacious with excellent view from every room. Good housekeeping service, Complimentary Coffee/Tea bar in the room. The room decoration/furniture and room facilities exceeded my expectations.

There is no lobby at the hotel as such, but this is acceptable being a 3 star hotel. All the restaurants at the location usually close at around 6.30 pm and afterwards there is just one restaurant (Lezzet Restaurant) within the hotel working till 10:30PM, but unfortunately the food taste here is not up to the mark. You may opt for fast food (burgers, pizza, sandwiches) which is good, but other main courses are not recommended at all. We requested for Chicken Biryani at Lezzat but it was terrible. After sunset, the entire vicinity goes into dark, and there are no lights even outside the hotel entrance, which seems little creepy. You can not even go out for a walk in such an environment if you want

We had awesome experience in summers, everything is beautiful. The only major problem is finding good food around. There were no buffet options in nearby hotels for lunch and dinner or any other local shops, everything closes around 6.30pm. While ordering in hotel restaurants is very expensive and food portions are small so plan accordingly. We enjoyed all the activities such as Shahdag coaster, cable cars which takes you on top of all surrounding mountains and zip line. Special thanks to Elton for overall support.

It was worth every penny and I believe it's rating should be 3+, maybe 4.5 stars. Everything was super clean. When booking, I was thinking about booking those 5 star resorts there but when I reached there, I was glad that I did not and instead Zirve hotel. It's the central location of Shahdag and even if you stay in those 5 star resorts, you would still have to come here for the activities. Ski resort, roller coaster, everything is just in front of this hotel. Also, the breakfast was awesome too.

Bed and Linen quality can be improved but still it was good though
