Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Calling it a hotel is an understatement. What you'll get when you stay here is amazing service from the very welcoming staff, delicious breakfast, unlimited activities to do such as fishing, shooting, horse riding, tours around the area and many more. They also take you on adventure tours on top of the mountains and even give you the full country experience by offering lunch and tea in the villagers' houses. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience and you definitely get more than you pay for.

uba Palace Resort One of the most luxurious and beautiful resorts — it truly feels like the Swiss countryside! The service is excellent, and the staff are wonderful. The housekeeping ladies are always smiling and very helpful. The horse carriage staff member was amazing — if I could give more than ten stars, I would! He really made us fall in love with the place. The facilities and activities are excellent, and the buffet is varied and incredibly delicious! A special thanks to the front desk staff member Tofiq — such a professional and kind person 😍🙏🏻

The location is so good, hotel staff very friendly, their respond is very fast for any issue you will faced, listening up to you and trying to convince as much as they can. Hotel location among grean land and srounding by safety. I'm eager to come back again.

The food needs to be developed, especially the lunch. I understand the huge valum of people , but they can fulfill thier needs by extra effort. Need more varieties of food types and cuisine ex: (Arabic, Indian, European...etc). Another point is the stuff little bit old but it is clean, maybe in a closed future should be changed.

Everything was great, the place looks like a dream, the villa was perfect and extremely clean, the staff are very nice as we asked for gulf cart rides multiple times and they were friendly and welcoming. The show and games at night was really entertaining, we got to play guess the logo game and the lady and the guy with her who presented it were really nice and funny, and we won a bowling round. An experience to remember.

I didn’t like that we paid for our stay (which is extremely expensive) just to enjoy all resort facilities, but we were surprised that the most important areas were closed, the mountain restaurant and quba planet, Rixos, even the kids playground was closed. Costumer should’ve been informed as we canceled all our activities in Quba to enjoy quba palace but unfortunately we sat there bored, or maybe lower the price during constructions.

The hotel has many activities inside and nice view. Also they have arabic speaking staff samira and tofiq with good arabic . Staff tofiq was the best staff that we met in all hotels ever he was helpful and smooth talker & listener, he was helpful and when we were out with the driver Mr tofiq kept checking on us & answering our questions even though it was past his working hour and on his off too. Also staff mr najat was very professional and helpful. Special thanks to these people .

I stayed in 3 bedrooms chalet which was very spacious and nicely decorated in wooden cottage style. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Two spacious living rooms and a big dining table. A gym and sauna in the chalet! Beautiful location facing the lake. The hotel has many facilities, we enjoyed the horse carriage tour around the beautiful snowy land of the hotel. The kids enjoyed the kids club. The breakfast was very good with variety of food.

The kitchen is not really well equipped but they provided me with one pot to cook when I asked. Also the iron is by request.

Honestly, this place is just incredible! It’s so beautiful that every time we come here, we never want to leave. The views from the room are unreal—waking up to those landscapes feels like a dream. We love this hotel so much that we actually travel from Dubai just to spend a few days here. The rooms are super comfortable, and the family rooms are huge, which is perfect for us. There’s so much to do for the kids with all the play areas and activities—they never get bored, and it gives us time to relax too! The restaurants and food are amazing, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. Every little detail is taken care of, and it just makes the whole stay feel effortless. We’ve been here before and will definitely be back. It’s totally worth the trip to Azerbaijan just to experience this place. If you’re considering it, don’t hesitate—you’ll love it!

QUBA PALACE HOTEL The staff were all very friendly, accommodating and hospitable from the reception desk (Toufiq & Samirah) to housekeeping (who provided us with prayer mat), the duck-keeper and the coachman for a lovely horse drawn carriage ride around the hotel grounds. The coachman (sorry, I forgot his name) pampered me & my mother with flowers he passed on to my father for the romantic evening ride & a few tiny apples as send away gifts when we checked out. Dining hall staff were courteous & prompt with tidying up the table, offering hot drinks & after meal wet wipes. Dinner by the pool side was served hot & the food delicious which made up for a relaxing, pleasant & comfortable evening with shawls provided by staff on a cold evening. Hotel events/activities coordinator, Amin, and the driver brought us to Griz & Khinnaliq with tea, local sweets & jams. Lunch served in the village were very delicious from tea with sweets pre meal to soup, salad , bread & cheese, and dishes of rice & kofta with caramelised onion, dried plum, raisins & walnuts. The next day's meal was soup, tomato cucumber & onion salad, bread & cheese with fried chicken & rice. Meals were always followed with tea & sweets. The ride to and from Griz & Khinnaliq were safe because the driver was very courteous and considerate towards other drivers & road users. Altogether our Quba Palace Hotel experience was a very pleasant, pampered and safe experience.

I decide to Celebrating my anniversary in Quba Hotel which was an unforgettable experience! Although we faced a minor issue on the first night, the staff quickly resolved it, ensuring my anniversary was the best ever. The hotel's location is superb, offering stunning views that will take your breath away. It's nestled perfectly, showcasing the beauty of the surrounding natural landscapes. The crisp air and serene environment were a welcome change of pace. I spent my days enjoying the fresh air and immersing myself in the beauty of the natural landscape. The interior of the hotel is well-designed, and the rooms are comfortable. A huge thanks to Mr. Toufiq for making my stay so memorable and for resolving the initial issue. He made me feel like the most important person in the hotel. His dedication to providing excellent service did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate his kindness. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to escape and immerse themselves in nature's beauty!

Its wonderful stay's on my life .The check in was very fast and easy. The breakfast was very nice and i love that beakers quality in the breakfast.But need more cuisines but at All at was wonderful the cheese and jam at was very good and fresh.The Steak house restaurant it was very good. I had A golf tee I enjoyed my time with Mr.ZAUR he was very polite and cheerfully he was training me the correct way to play golf and i thanks him very much.The other facilities was very good and I enjoy my time.At the Check out stuff was goodbye me and I would thanks and appreciate The 3 Foaid because there 3 of them :).
