Good location, well prepared for family special family with kids or tanagers since they have play ground for different types of sports and activities. Staffs, Shahal and jabbar are helpful, thx to them and all their.

Enjoyed a 2-night stay for ~735 SAR. The hotel is well-located near the city with a beautiful garden and green views. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped (AC works great!). Kid-friendly perks: Play area, swings, slides, and a nursery-like center. Breakfast was tasty and varied (loved the jam!), though more Arabic options would be nice. Staff were helpful, especially restaurant team. Special thanks to Ms. Shahlah (reception) and Mr. Elken (restaurant) for the sweet gesture! Highly recommend!

LOCATION THE RECEPTIONIST ABDULA HE HAS GOOD ENGLISH, GOOD MORAL AND HELPFUL MAKES MY STAY AT ARENA JOYFUL AND ENJOYABLE .MY BEST REGARDS TO HIM

ALL THE RECEPTIONIST THEY DON'T HAVE ANY ENGLISH I MEAN MOST OF ALL HIS STAFF RECEPTION, RESTAURANT. CONCIERGE THE CROWD OF ATHLETES WEIGHTLIFTING AND WERSTLING MOST OF THEM THEY USED THEIR HANDS AND FINGERS IN TAKING FOOD IT WAS DISGUSTING . THE LIMTNESS OF BREAKFAST MENU. SMALL RESTAURANT TOO MUCH PEOPLE MOST OF THEM ARE OLYMPIC CENTER VISITORS.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff were super friendly, always smiling and helpful. Special shoutout to Mr Jamal — this guy helped me so much during my stay. Respect for the way he handles everything: professionally. I never write reviews, but this place and Jamal’s effort made me break the rule. I stay 2days with my family was nice comfortable clean hotel it’s good for relaxation ,breakfast nice delusion ,overall quiet hotel ….room and washroom wide and clean ,staff and reception not much good I face in my first day problems in transportation I o out side hotel and I tried to got help from my them but no response …location little fare way But overall very clean comfortable hotel there’s nice park outside in morning it’s fantastic 🥰❤️

All staff was amazingly helpful and great . Starting from the reception managed by Mr.Jamal ,who was really welcoming and working hard to please the guests, to the restaurant staff who was really pleasant to help and offer anything to comfort the guests. I strongly recommend it.

The breakfast buffet was good; however, more varieties to the main courses and changes cud be done.

Staff hospitality was great. Despite language challenges, they went out of the way to ensure a comfortable stay. The restaurant specially cooked vegetarian pilaf for us at breakfast since vegetarian options were limited. The facilities offered include free usage of Olympic size swimming pool, tennis, billiards and steam suana. Infact we extended our stay by a day at the hotel.

None to be mentioned

I really enjoyed the ambience, the facilities, and the pool. It's a great place to stay if you're seeking peace and relaxation. The lush green garden and spacious playground add to the charm.

The restaurant was the only downside. The breakfast menu had very limited options, and the restaurant staff could have been more cooperative.

The crew was so friendly and lovely specially mr, Farid he's so kindly and cooperating we enjoyed our trip there thanks all crew

Nothing, just there is no pool for kids and should be other big daily meal open Buffet dinner or lunch becuse sometime there's no time to go out and have dinner or lunch thats all 🌹
