Room was comfortable.. Our stay was really excellent.

I requested for connecting room, but during check in, initially our room assignment are 4th floor while my 2 kids are in 2nd floor...We have to insist that it is not possible coz our kids are 10 and 12yrs old... as a solution which I suggested ( the staff wants me to accept that there's nothing they can do) because the hotel was full and I booked in a different name( 1 confirmation ) I said, we are willing to wait for the next available room same floor where we are.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel at a ski resort, and I cannot recommend it enough. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is perfectly situated with direct access to the slopes, making it incredibly convenient for skiing and snowboarding. You’re literally steps away from the lifts, and the views from the hotel are breathtaking—snow-capped peaks and a pristine winter wonderland that made waking up each morning a treat. Cleanliness: The hotel is spotless, with a high standard of hygiene maintained throughout. My room was immaculate and well-appointed, offering everything needed for comfort after a long day on the mountain. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything in top shape, and the common areas, including the ski storage and lobby, were always clean and tidy. It offers fantastic amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a luxurious spa for post-ski relaxation, and a cozy lounge area with a fireplace that’s perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The ski-in/ski-out access was a game-changer, saving us time and effort. There’s also a heated boot room to keep your gear warm and dry, which I appreciated after a long day on the mountain. The service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Whether it was arranging lift tickets, recommending the best trails, or ensuring we had everything we needed, they truly made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. Special mention to the restaurant staff, who served delicious, hearty meals that were perfect after a day on the slopes. In short, this hotel offers everything you could possibly want for a ski vacation—unbeatable location, excellent facilities, superb service, and a high standard of cleanliness.

Breakfast was wholesome. Plenty of options for lunch and dinner available. Inhouse room service is also pretty affordable.

the kids play area is no longer there. Was inconvenient to take the kids to Pik Palace to the kids area. Had a bad experience with the Jacuzzi where the water was earlier not hot enough and later caused all the family members to have tears. Pricing of the hotel as compared to previous years has increased. I feel there is a missed opportunity on Ski classes. Hotel should provide a package to the customers instead of leaving it to themselves. Airport transfer can also be provided as an add on.

The location was excellent for our ski trip. Very close to the ski hire shop and the slopes. The rooms were beautiful with stunning views of the mountains.

We were on the bed & breakfast package. Unfortunately the breakfast part was not great. All the ingredients were there to offer terrific food but unfortunately the cooked option was often luke warm or had run out and not refilled efficiently enough. The surroundings for breakfast was beautiful just lacking a little organisation. The front of house lady worked extremely hard to keep things on track.

The staff was very warm (especially the girl at front desk from Kazak who checked us in) and welcoming. My family and I enjoyed the breakfast spread for both the days and the breakfast area on floor 7 was very spacious as well. The entire team always had a smile on their face, so keep up the spirit. Location was right at the center surrounded by mountains and Snow. Very scenic and beautiful view from the rooms.

The shuttle bus (to and fro) to go to the Cable Car station is on hourly basis which is too long a wait if you miss one. I mean like, seriously, who waits for 60 min so obviously then guests resort to paying Taxi fare which is not required if one stays at Marriot Property. Moreover, the ride from hotel to cable car station is only 7-10 min so if the shuttle runs every 20 min (3 shuttles in an hour), it will be convenient for guests instead of 60 min wait or pay extra to taxis for 10 min drive and drop.

Staff: Exceptional service from the front desk, especially Elmira Huseynova, who went above and beyond by accommodating my requests and adding a personal touch with a welcome note for my daughter. Rooms: Clean, comfortable, and well-heated—ideal for a January stay, ensuring a cozy atmosphere during our visit. Facilities: Impressive amenities such as a sauna, fitness center, and temperature-controlled swimming pool, along with a versatile and healthy breakfast, providing a great start to our day. Overall Impression: A highly recommended destination for anyone visiting Shahdag, offering a positive and memorable experience. Park Chalet provided us with a fantastic and family-friendly stay!

Suggestion: Slightly more affordable room rates, particularly for early bookers, would make it more accessible to guests, allowing more people to enjoy the experience within their budget.

Everything was perfect the staff the breakfast, the staff was helpful and respectful always smile and greeted us, i love this plece i would thanks Mr. Talah in the reception 👍🏼

This place is a MUST STAY! The scenic view, the grandeur of the hotel, the warm welcoming staff and the excellent breakfast spread...everything was beyond expectations! The rooms are grand, the aesthetic decors on spot, and the cleanliness is too notch! If you are travelling to Azerbaijan, you must spend 2 nights here at Shahdag at Pik Palace/Park Chalet. Beautifully located, the Shahdag coaster is at a walking distance! Take a thrilling ride down to the Shahdag Skiing and activities area. You can rent gear from the hotel.

Good breakfast, great rooms with view, very friendly reception, amazing facilities with free shuttle bus to the activity centre, all you need to have a perfect ski trip is there already

We had a problem with water leaks in the toilet, it was struggling that the staff have poor English, room cleaning isn't daily, but they reply immediately to room cleaning requests

Location is fantastic !! Wake up to the view of snow covered mountains !! Magical view from the balcony !! Just like the pictures shown in the website.. Hotel is walking distance to Shadag Mountain Resort, ski equipment and ski training is available, lot of snow related activities.. A great property for families and couples.. Stayed here in December end, place was beautifully decorated and lighted up.. Highly recommend. Good Breakfast with variety, number of guests were high, but lot of seating available and staff are courteous.
