She is exceptionally professional, kind, and friendly — a true credit to both the hotel and the hospitality industry. Absolutely fantastic experience! The breakfast was really awesome. Even the lunch was also really good, The view from our room also was great. Even Hyatt centric Hebbal is very close to the airport not that far which I like it. The staff also was very courteous and polite.

In room no 715. The A/C was not at all functioning well because when we slept I was feeling so hot and feeling suffocating. The location also was really bad because too much of traffic is there and even too much of air and noise pollution. Rest of it was fine.

We had a truly wonderful experience during our stay at your hotel. Everything was well-arranged, and the hospitality extended to us made our visit very special. A special mention to Mr. Arnak Kundu, who was exceptional in his warm greetings and always went above and beyond to assist us. His professionalism and genuine care made a lasting impression—we sincerely regret missing the opportunity to thank him personally during our checkout. AC temperature control struggle to set desired temperature

This was one of the best personalized experience received by me so far. The hand-written welcome note alongwith amazing chocolates in the room already made my day :-) . On top of it, I really liked the personal attention and care offered by each staff member at the buffet breakfast. All such little gestures made my short stay much more comfortable and memorable. Food was also nice. Only one thing I missed there was a lawn or garden to take a night walk or do morning yoga. So, overall a 10/10 for the staff & food and a 9/10 for the property :-)

Corridor AC was noisy not balanced correctly including room temperature control

Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The room was luxurious, with elegant ambience, a comfortable bed, and super cleanliness. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and attended to every detail with professionalism. The breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff was attentive. The hotel's location was perfect, the surroundings were quiet and peaceful, ensuring a restful stay. Additionally, the scenic views from the property were stunning, adding a unique charm to the stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a premium and relaxing stay.

The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a nice city view from our room.. The bedsheets were changed on a day to day basis as they got messy being with an active baby and toddler eating jere and there. There was a large variety of food & dessert on the buffet breakfast. We also had a copious and yummy chrismas brunch there. The staff were courteous and helped whenever they could. Baby food was complementary and even my toddler had some treats.

Stayed recently for four nights at the hotel, since we were looking to move to that region. The staff everywhere - the reception, the cleaning professionals, the restaurant staff went above and beyond, to make sure we felt welcome, cared for and had a comfortable stay. Check in and check out were a breeze. Room cleaning was spotless. And the breakfast buffet spread and the personal care and attention by the Chef totally won us over!! During Diwali Rajyotsava holidays, we wanted to spend a day out to celebrate my 50th birthday and casually informed the staff to make it memorable as we didn't want to go thru any unforeseen issues. Staff took it with so much of interest with excellent room decoration as well as arranging for a cake. Special thanks to the staff personal Ms. Ayushi for taking special interest in ensuring customer delight. We are music family producing a lot of music videos and performances.
