Staff were superb! Premium room is spacious and definitely worth booking. Lots of easy parking. 12 minute drive to downtown Arles. A really nice little bakery called "Provencal" is just a 10 minute walk away. We went to them daily. We appreciated the kettle with coffee/tea in room. Book "premium" or higher and you won't regret it.

The bathrooms in their "Standard" category rooms are ridiculously small! About 5feet by 5feet for a toilet, sink and shower! We were upgraded to "Premium" after a very noisy first night with a wedding that went on past 4am across the street. No fridge in room.

The hotel is in a really great location close to Arles and the Camargue. It’s also a five minute walk into town where there are plenty of restaurants. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The pool is wonderful and there is table tennis too. We’ll definitely be back, it’s a great base to explore from.

The outside communal area shuts at about 8pm. It would have been nice to have somewhere to sit together as a family at this time.

Superb location-easy access to the lovely town of Fontvielle and near to other key towns and attractions. Comfy bed and good sized bathroom with super walk in shower. Very helpful staff, relaxed and low key. Amazing huge pool!

Nice location, Lovely gardens with pool and tennis court. Comfy bed, quality fitments. Quiet. Teas coffee and bottled water all supplied.

Interior wise the room lacked character which was a shame because the building didn't and whilst the shower was good it leaked so my first shower lead to a flooded bathroom.

Lovely comfortable, clean room with aircon. A good choice for breakfast and possibility to eat inside or outside. Excellent value for money. The swimming pool was a bonus, especially pool towels being supplied free of charge. The hotel grounds are magnificent. An easy walk into the village and some nice little restaurants.

Fantastic quiet location within walking distance from Fontvieille centre. Lovely clean room with nature right outside the balcony. Great buffet breakfast with everything fresh & lots of choice. Staff always friendly and helpful.

the hotel is small, cozy, charming restaurant n a french village style. Very nice and helpful staff. The location in close to the village. Territory and nature around is just amazing. Breakfast in the small charming terrace was very tasty: baguette, butter, cheese, coffee.. mmmm. We’ve stayed for an overnight on the way to Nice in winter. And were absolutely happy and satisfied with a stay in thus hotel.

Great breakfast, good rooms with decent curtains to black out the room. Friendly staff. Awesome garden with shady spots. Cute squirrels running around the garden. Fontvieille, the Alpilles, and its restaurants are awesome, which adds to the whole experience as being my home away from home for many many years - and counting.

The closing time for reception could be made clearer, with the arrangements for late arrivals specified in the initial email. However, this did not cause us a problem.

Had the balcony room, and that was glorious. Building and facilities are a little older, but it definitely gives the rustic country side charm. Not so convenient to get to, but the town nearby was really quaint and welcoming. Staff were super helpful and warm.

Clientele seem to be on the more elderly side. Checkout system had a bit of hiccup which took time to resolve. May need more staff during the mornings.
