Great location and comfortable stay. Gorgeous views from the room. The staff was so helpful. Had a headache towards the evening and someone got me medicines for it.

Music in the hallways could be heard late into the night

ROOM SIZE & REVOLVING RESTAURANT

Hotel has claimed all payments on credit card before arrival. credit card was given just for security in case guest cancel at last moment. Hotel should have waited for payment to claim till guest arrival. I had paid all bill in cash & now after 5 days still waiting for credit card payment to return which is very inconvenient and no other hotel claim all payment before arrival.

Located in the centre of the town. Staff is very courteous and respectful.

Food could have been better.

absolutely stunning property considering the remote location. The staff were incredible, so warm, welcoming and very quick to resolve any issue or answer any question we had. the food and hotel service was incredible

my only slight complaint was the elevator type music that plays in hallways was a little load one morning but this was rapidly resolved

There was a marriage in the resort during our stay which was a bit of nuisance.

My wife is allergic to egg, after making many requests and confirming again and again that the ordered food does not contain egg, we still got food with egg in it and my wife suffered the allergic symptoms the whole night ( stomach pain )

The hype of the revolving restaurant....actually the restaurant is fixed and the ceiling only rotates.....

The location is perfect.! And the staff was courteous.

Can have a swimming pool and kids play zone should be bigger.

Definitely the revolving restaurant was the highlight, Rooms were very tidy and spacious, very responsive and attentive service. All people at front desk, specially the guy who checked us ( Rajinder, Alka , santosh) in the bell desk, and housekeepers were very polite and nice. People working at the restaurant were good too.

on the very first day I have asked them twice for the hot water access to the room so end up having a cold water shower, however the the following day issue was resolved. in-house guest weren’t given any information about the booking to be made in the revolving restaurant for the valentine day as they seem full, but the restaurant Manager was quick enough to get us a table very nice of them. No one came to attend our table for first 15 minute so I have to go and ask the head waiter, they complimented it with a complimentary salad. It was nice of chef to come to our table and talk to us about our meals they were very delicious. one of my recommendation for entree that is is too expensive as per the portion size.

Rooms could be made more airy . Furnishings are somewhat dated . Gym timings could be extended .
