Very clean hotel. Seems to be newer. Comfortable room. Extremely friendly staff. They welcomed our pet as well. Parking was across the street. Apprx 8 spaces with 2 being for electric charging. Quiet area. Everyone was very friendly. Restaurant Kunz across the street gets very busy, so make reservations if you plan to eat dinner here. Balcony is small, shared and uncovered. Need more pillows on the bed for sure 👍

Though pet friendly, to get to a green space you must go through the dining room which was closed off. There was no poop box, trash can for pup waste. There were no chairs or benches outside. No covered smoking area. No luggage carts. The hotel is in a neighborhood and quite a walk to town center. Breakfast was served across the street on Saturday at Hotel Kunz. (I believe it was part of Emils Hotel in the past) Sunday it was at Emils hotel. They offered fine dining for dinner. Pricey, but the food was good. You cannot put dinner on your room bill if staying at Emils. Only breakfast. There is no shower bench for mobility needs. A table for bathroom bags would be helpful also. No towel hooks near the shower. Where do you put your towels while showering, as there is no shower door?

We loved the vibe of the hotel the huge and comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The restaurant that belongs to the hotel was a highlight of the trip amazing food and lovely service. Breakfast was also really good with wide variety of food.

You can charge the car in front of the hotel but keep in mind that there a sign on the charger that says you can only park there for two hours. Not sure how strict they are about it.

The hotel is ideal for work. Nice and clean and modern. friendly staff. Has a fitness suit. Food is good too.

The pillows on the bed are awful but don't let this put you off the hotel. its not a deal breaker. There needs to be a fan or air con in the fitness suite. Would like another option on the room service menu.

Hotel rooms was spacious, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Travelling on motorbikes which we could leave in the underground car park securely. Food and bar facilities very good - would not hesitate to return.

Access to the pool in the sister hotel was chargeable - could have been included within room costs.

Very modern and clean hotel. Good size room and bathroom. Nespresso machine and kettle in the room (unlike most other European hotels we have stayed in). TV has Netflix (login using your own account). Breakfast was very good for 8 euros. The bar in the lobby served a delicious burger and drinks. Staff are friendly. Parking right across the road. Very good value for money overall.

Location is a bit out of the way, not much to eat nearby. But wasn’t a problem for us.

All staff member were exceptionally friendly. The senior boss to start with. 😊 The rooms were very functional, large, modern, with all amenities and even with a coffee machine and water boiler. Parking space in front of the house. The restaurant Kunz was excellent. Very friendly service. Great food.

Very warm welcome. Staff very friendly. Room and bathroom spacious and clean. A/C was welcome on a hot day. Enjoyed a drink in the hotel's bar on arrival. Evening meal taken at a restaurant in the sister hotel about 100 metres away. Good selection available at breakfast. Opted to use the underground garage at a small additional cost.

We had a great stop at this hotel, the location was perfect with a great room and nice bathroom with wonderful shower. The personnel was very friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Great value for money.

It was a bit unexpected to find this hotel in the middle of the suburban area of Pirmasens where local farmers keep animals and nice walking paths are located a few kilometres away. All was just fine! Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were just perfect, free of charge parking is located in front of it.

Probably air-conditioning could work a bit better but that's a minor thing to mention here given energy saving politics all over Europe. I would provide guests with more pillows as current ones are really airy.

Excellent value, clean and well equipped rooms. Peaceful location, a short drive from Pirmasens. Dinner at sister hotel next door also very good, hotel Emils have a small menu only.
