Everything was extraordinary. The beds were super comfy, with soft mattresses and amazing pillows. The shower had great water pressure, bathrooms were spotless, and we had plenty of fresh towels. TV channels were fantastic, the air conditioning worked perfectly. But the best part? The food — absolutely delicious! Breakfast and dinner were both rich, flavorful, and generous. No need to eat out. And the price? Very affordable! What truly made our stay unforgettable was the people. Kind, warm, and genuinely helpful. I loved the hotel and enjoyed my stay there. Even when there was a minor mistake I got compensated with Arabic coffee, dates, and a fruit basket sent to my room. I would like to thank all the staff and especially Taif from front desk, her attitude was very hospitable and professional. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and I already booked a room for my next visit to tabouk. Keep up the good work!

Clean, cozy, fresh, excellent combination price/expectations

Windows are too thin, only one glass package - noisy from outside. Thin doors of the suite - can hear all noises outside the suite and when someone is smoking the smell goes inside

Our room was very spacious and the hotel staff was very helpful.

The shower was not good - the water pressure was too low and the hot water hardly came out, taking a shower in such confirm during winter was challenging! (the hot water at the faucet was fine)

The Rooms well cleaned and wide, the staff was very friendly. living room is very nice also. compered to other hotels in the area the price was very good.

Lights in the room were dim , the breakfast menu needs a little more variety and they need to expand their bakery and dessert section

all stuff was very nice and very polite. we stay 1 night but everything was more than ı expected. this is the only option if ı go to tabuk again.
