the location is great, everything you need was at hand, bus stop, supermarket, pizzeria. the room size very good, the breakfast delicious. the best part was the afternoon tee that you could serve near a lovely fireplace

we had a problem with the language barrier, since we speak no italian, and the lady who takes care of the place speaks only italian. unfortunately, we felt very unwelcome during all our stay and it was definitely not because of the language barrier, all members of our group felt the same. when we were checking out, all we were told was " leave the key on the desk"

I got a splinter in the sole of my foot, from the room floor probably as a result of it being damaged by others. The fresh fruit salad had run out one day when we went down for breakfast.

Very convenient location for both arrival by train, & bus access to skiing, which is what we were there for. Central to the town centre with its shops, restaurants, tourist office etc. Yet also quiet, no disturbance. Very good quality building, well designed & finished. Ski & boot room downstairs, & good underground parking with security door for those with a car. Breakfast was also very good ; variety, quality, healthy choices, good coffee & hot chocolate machine, various interesting teas etc. Also, could make self a hot chocolate, tea or coffee after came in from day's activities. Staff were helpful, hard working, & kindly let us leave our bags there for the day after checkout.

We enjoyed our stay. I'm not too keen on TV being on while having breakfast, but maybe we're unusual, because it seems very common in Italy. & elsewhere

A cozy and quiet hotel. The breakfast was excellent! The room, plenty of storage but it could be more hooks for clothes on the wall.

Responsive from nearby rooms. The staff vacuumed at seven in the morning!

Nice and clean hotel in Dimaro. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. Convenient parking in the underground garage or outside in front of the hotel for no extra cost.

The location was convenient and walkable around the town, and within just a couple minutes of a grocery store.

The beds are a little smaller, but it wasn't a big deal at 6-feet tall.

Very friendly staff, hotel room was very good, nice terrace. Breakfast and breakfast room were wonderful. Hotel let us lock up our bicycles in the garage.
