Some of the fixtures/items were a bit worn. Not really hot water in the shower in the morning (the one day we stayed there)

Everything worked well, appreciated air conditioning on such a hot day. Good breakfast kept stocked. Friendly staff. Great location. Excellent value.

Considering how much we paid in certain overpriced hotels on our travels this was by far the best value for money. Located very centrally but not in a noisy area this is a comfortable place with great beds. Breakfast was good as well and the whole hotel is well run. There was no fuss with the booking, other places started demanding an early check-in time, this was all without any hassle.

The bathrooms could do with some renovation they are starting to look a bit tired.

The location was convenient. Leo, the front desk clerk, was helpful with restaurant recommendations and other questions

We had an extra bed in our room which made the room crowded.

it was close to the omnibus terminal the swimming pool was stunning there was a spa inside of the hotel and i took a massage during my stay. it was great the staff speak english really well

my first room smelled really bad and was too noisy. I heard really well the noise from the city even if i had earplug. the second night, staff took care of this situation and i had a suite room

Modern hotel in central location of Tucuman, walking distance to Independence Square with lots of activity at night. Walking distance to large Carrefour supermarket for snacks. Limited free parking in a small garage. Reception staff very friendly. Breakfast good enough to start the day - coffee, tea, pastries, scrambled eggs, meats, cheese, fruit salad. Stayed for MotoGP race weekend in Termas de Rio Hondo, about an hour and a half drive away.

Great location in the middle of town, not far from main square, shops and restaurants. Good breakfast. Bloke on reception friendly and helpful.
