The hotel itself is a decent property with good services. My room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. The water pressure in the shower was amazing as well. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was up to standards.

Though it's advertised as being in the Santa Fe area, it's really in the outskirts of Santa Fe, in a shoddy neighborhood next to a gas station and at least three love motels. It's not a good look for leisure and business travelers. Booking.com should note this, as this could deter potential customers.

I liked the facilities ans the room, the restaurant staff was really friendly and on top of everything we needed.

I didn't like that they kept forgetting about our towels, out of 7 nights we had to call 3 times so they could send ua towels. One time the towels had a bad cigarette smell, they did say they ran out of towels and that they were doing the laundry, I asked them to hurry since we we tired and wanted to shower to rest so I guessed the took some from another room.

The hotel is nice considering the area where it's located.

It seems to have 2 entrances one is for the hotel itself for regular guests but there is another one for a so-called love hotel which really is a motel but the rooms for both are in the same building and due to that, 2 nights were awful, there were couples staying in the other rooms adjacent to ours that were very noisy (loud adult movie like noises came from these rooms all night)

One of the best room layouts I've ever seen. Very comfortable and practical. Great AC, quiet room, great bed, excellent food, great service/staff.

WiFi was terrible, as in I couldn't even log into my Gmail. They use coupons for breakfast, which you have to pick up daily at the front desk. Has to be a more practical way to handle that.

I had a huge room with a built-in sauna, a hot tub, and a very comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was excellent too.

Location really is a letdown. It's technically in Santa Fe, but the hotel is in a shoddy street right next to several love motels.

Location is good, nearby Santa Fe market where you can sample all local delicacies. Also, every night you can have great tacos in front of the hotel, I recommend the "longaniza" ones.

I have no complaints.

big problem every daywith key card have to repeat to charge to open the room door,very poor dont repair so i have to ask every day to charge it

I loved everything about this hotel besides the location. It was a little far from the centre. However I would come and stay there again even with the extra travel! I arrived at 4am because of my arriving flight and I was greeted by an incredible helpful, professional and friendly staff member, he helped me with my bag to the room and spoke great English. Breakfast included was good and the room exceeded everything I could have imagined! Can’t recommend this place enough

The only thing I didn’t love was the location but would stay here again for the staff, facilities and comfort.

The A/C and heater made too much noise and sometimes the heater wouldn’t heat the room up.

Besides it was close to the office ( for that reason I selected it), the zone doesn't look nice, but neither dangerous
